Great for family size guests

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home is in a beautiful location on a golf course with plenty of windows to enjoy the view. The home has a fully stocked kitchen which made it nice to prepare meals and with the large five bedrooms it fit our family of 9 very well. The beds were great, it is very clean, with plenty of towels for in the home as well as beach towels.

Perfect stay

I wouldnt have it any other way. All of the amenities are here to cook to live a normal life. So relaxing be able to have the family here. So much room.

Princeville stay

Excellent accommodations for a large group. Clean, extremely well equipped for everything from beach equipment to cooking for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone, as well as linens, towels, etc for our large family. The hot tub was a big hit! Would have preferred to be able to check in and out using the lockbox on site as opposed to having to pick up and drop off keys.

Fabulous House

My family of 9 stayed in this house recently. It was the perfect place for us. The configuration of beds and bedrooms allowed everyone to have a private/semi private place to retreat. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was wonderful and complete with all of the items that you might need. The laundry room was equipped with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There were beach toys, towels and coolers that made our beach trip very convenient. The A/C ran very nicely. This is an ideal location if most of your plans are on the north shore. The south shore is a 60 minute drive. The bathrooms were beautiful, well stocked with towels and a blow dryer. They did not however have any toiletries, so it is important to make sure you have your own shampoo, conditioner and extra soap. Overall, we could not have found a better place to stay - just beautiful!!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came with another family for a week. There were 11 of us and we all fit very comfortably in the home. We didn’t know the home had a private hot tub so that a nice surprise. The home had things like boogie boards, beach towels, snorkeling masks and beach chairs all on site for use. The home was clean, had lots of kitchen appliances for use like air fryer, keurig, coffee maker and a washer and TWO dryers which was so helpful when washing the beach towels each day. The neighborhood is quiet (except for the chickens, they’ll let you know it’s 3am each morning). You can hear the ocean from this home even though it’s down the road. There room to park two cars in the garage if you need and another 2-3 on the driveway. The kitchen is actually on the second floor with the master bedroom and the other 4 bedrooms are on the main floor. This seemed odd until you were cooking in the kitchen and had the best view of the golf course and on the balcony can see the ocean in the distance. It made for the best sunrise/sunsets. The only complaints or suggestions we could make is that the master bedroom bed is so squeaky. Like if you roll over, or your partner you will know. And having some tin foil with the air fryer would be helpful to keep the pans clean. Honestly those were the only two things that were “annoying” and honestly was a great week. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

This place is awesome! Would stay here again! Master bath is huge with awesome bath tub and shower. Master bedroom and kitchen is up stairs and all the other bedrooms are down stairs.

Beyond our highest expectations!

This is a beautiful, spacious house in an ideal location. Princeville is a beautiful resort, with immaculately maintained properties near Hanalei Bay. We had my extended family of 12 staying there, and everyone agreed that it was even better than the great photos and descriptions that they saw in advance. I have rented a lot of nice places and I give this my highest recommendation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a lovely time at Naia Hale. We were a group of 9, and it was so spacious. The house was extremely clean upon arrival, and it was beautifully decorated. The property managers were extremely accommodating and communicative throughout the process, and allowed us an earlier check in. At first I was a little disappointed as we booked it specifically for the AC and before we arrived we were told that the ACs in the common areas and 3 of the bedrooms were not working, however the property managers gave us several standing fans to help with this. In the end, the house was so airy that the lack of AC was not noticeable at all and everyone was very comfortable throughout the stay. The amenities were great - very useful to be able to do laundry, and the kitchen was very spacious and had all the equipment you'd need.It was in a great location for us and easy to get to beaches and restaurants. We were there for a friend's wedding and it was very close to the venue as well. I would absolutely recommend to other people to stay here.

July Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This year we opted to try a larger house in an awesome location, and we were not disappointed with the location and layout of the home. I was impressed by the cleanliness, location, communication with the KVR staff (Pheobie) and all the amenities included in the house. I would definitely return-rent this home if our group is as large next trip.There are a few items that I was surprised by, one is that not all bedrooms had AC ventilation, not sure if the description was misleading or I just didn't catch it in the fine print. The second item was that the AC was inoperable in 3 of the bedrooms/living room areas. Two bedrooms had no AC units, the living room and remaining bedrooms were inoperable, leaving only 2 bedrooms with AC. This made for some uncomfortable timeframes during the day and a few humid nights with no natural breeze coming through. The KVR were responsive to providing additional floor fans and also allowed for a slight refund based on the inconvenience. Overall, I would recommend the house.

A Spacious and Comfortable Vacation Home

Naia Hale exceeded our expectations! We had 10 people staying at the house (2 families with adult children plus our older parents). There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space, but also gather together, when needed. There were outdoor lounge spaces on both sides of the house so we could choose to be in the sun or in the shade during the course of the day. We used the patios every single day. Princeville was a bit of a drive from the busier side of the island, but we liked being away from the crowds. If you didn’t NEED to leave the north shore, it was a perfect location. There were beautiful beaches and cute shops in Hanalei just minutes away. It was nice to have the coolers, beach chairs, and boogie boards available in the garage...we used them all. The girls even used the hot tub one evening. The house stayed fairly cool when the wind was blowing (which was most evenings), but we did run the air conditioners in the bedrooms at night and in the main living space a couple of times to draw the humidity out of the air. All worked well. We would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone.

Our overall stay was comfortable.

There was enough room in the drive way for the 3 cars needed for my big family. As well as enough space and beds for the 13 of us.The wifi worked well enough for 3 of us to be able to do our work from home. There were some quirks as one would expect with an older home. My biggest complain was that the cleaning crew charged an extra fee on top of the original $$$ we paid when reserving, because we left the towels dirty, a few dirty dishes, food we didn’t get to finish eating in the fridge, and empty shopping bags in some rooms/restrooms. I was sent pictures by management after waiting over a week for a call back. The pictures provided were, in my opinion, what one would consider regular cleaning for a big party. Before leaving the home, our party did pick up the trash we had outside in the patio as well as most of the trash inside, washed and put away most of the dishes except for the dirty pans left, made and folded the linens on most of the beds, and did some sweeping. We also did the cleaning that was asked of us in the rules of the home. There was a lot of trash bags, but like I said we were 13 people staying for a week. If it was needed for us to do the laundry as well, it should of been added in the rules and enough tide pods should of been left for us to use as when we arrived there was only about 6 in the laundry room.If you are staying here or thinking of staying here with a big party, I recommend you do the cleaning for the crew to avoid this extra fee.

We love the house, love the location and love working with Kauai Vacation Rentals. They are prompt in responding and easy to deal with. Check in and check out couldn't be simpler. The first time we rented, it was handled by someone else and we couldn't even get the local contact to call us back. That never happens with this company.Anything we needed was responded to that day. Our favorite thing is having coffee together on the lanai each morning and listening to the birds and enjoying the view.You can walk to Princeville to the Farmer's market, stores or playground easily. What a wonderful house to enjoy with our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house on Kauai as our second portion of a trip with my parents, 3 sisters and 3 brother in laws...9 adults total. This house was just prefect for us, 2 floors having a living room area with seating and tv's so the guys could get away when desired. Each couple had their own bedroom, our parents enjoyed the master bedroom with bath on the main living level (2nd), so much room for clothing to be unpacked & toiletries to be put out so it felt like home for 9 days. It is on the level with the larger living room, kitchen, dining rooms and larger deck. The other 4 bedrooms are on main floor level, 2 bedrooms share one bath which was great for us. The fact 2 bedrooms had no a/c wasn't much of a factor as the winds thru the louvor windows were great, only warm one night. The laundry room and garage access are on the main floor with the 4 bedrooms which worked out great.The property manager left a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters and etc, plus a small cooler and canvas shopping bags as it is frowned upon in Hawaii to not bring your own shopping bags.We did have to contact the property manager 2 times while here. Both interactions were quickly taken care of.First was the hottub was only half full and dirty, this was fixed the next day.Second was that the shower water backed up and this was remedied within the same morning, it had rained a lot.The 9 of us could not ever say enough wonderful things about this house, comfortable, easy access, nicely decorated and landscaped. The 2nd floor deck was used constantly for views of the ocean in distance, many landscaping and trees to view, and soooo much wildlife to enjoy. Roosters and hens of course, but so many birds would come to visit us on the deck edges. Some came to sing beautiful songs and others to just say hi and hop around. We cooked some breakfasts and suppers here and found the kitchen well stocked for what we needed.We also used th
