Private and beautifully decorated bungalow in Princeville

Expansive, updated & private bungalow with a spacious lanai and NO neighbors above, below, or either side. The bungalow has been beautifully updated and features a large kitchen, high-end island furnishings that are classic and comfortable. The large lanai and landscaped back yard borders a tree-lined path that leads to the white sands of Anini Beach.

Your Stay: Main suite features a king Tempur Pedic bed, sitting area, workspace, and double headed shower. Enjoy classic Hawaiian furnishings and native wood built-ins, plus a convertible sleeper sofa in the living area and additional bathroom with soaking tub. Fully equipped and remodeled kitchen to create any meals, or grill your fresh catch on the lanai.

Your day: Enjoy breakfast, a book, or drinks on your lanai. Walk to Anini Beach to snorkel or enjoy the ocean. Relax and feel the trades while kicking back in tasteful and comfortable island furniture. Enjoy the modern, equipped kitchen while sipping wine chilled perfectly in your own wine cooler.

Princeville Gem
Spacious and beautifully decorated one bedroom house in Princeville. A great place to relax and recharge. Like most places in Kauai this house does not have Air Conditioning, necessitating leaving windows open to cool the inside. Occasional traffic noise could be a problem if you are noise sensitive, but for us it was just a minor annoyance. The place had everything we needed and we would stay here again if we should return to Kauai.

Lovely decorated and comfortable cottage. Full of all kitchen necessities, great WiFi, beautiful lanai and a cozy bed….super clean. Minutes to beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants. The host quickly and respectfully responded to all questions. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful vacation home
Had a lovely two weeks in this rental. The owner has all the necessities available which is helpful. Private grill on lanai was used daily, bed was marvelous, pool is easy access from rental, and personally I loved the chickens. If it bothers you plug in a fan for white noise. Easy walk to Princeville or down to beach. Washer/dryer is a must for me and nearest laundromat is not convenient so that alone made it worth the money. Great decorations make it feel like home I can’t say enough about how great this place was.
