Literally the most beautiful property with ocean views and so many fun things to do. The pool was so beautiful and kid friendly. The resort had so many fun things they offered, and we had so much fun!

Only surprise was that it’s a neighborhood of condo’s as opposed to a traditional hotel. Highly recommend for families looking for a bit more calm from the big hotels in Poipu. The pools are fun. Property is on a stunning cliffs edge with a fabulous sunset. Our condo was wonderful and well equipped. It felt like a “home away from home” and is a fabulous homebase when exploring the island.

There is a $25.00 fee per day for the condo (on top of our Expedia charges) and a $15.00 fee for a parking space, also per day. The facility is very nice, the unit had a washer/dryer and two small boxes of laundry soap. I thought it was a bit stingy of them to tell me that I had to buy coffee after depleting the 'sample' coffee by the pot. The location is an hour north of the airport, which when you arrive at night, is a bit of a drive in the dark. I wouldn't stay there again.

Went there after the Kalalau trail, the hot tub and the hidden waterfalls saved our mussels ! The staff was really accommodating and professional. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The whole complex is really nice and well maintained, great ocean views, specially during sunset!

Beautiful overlook of the cliffs! We enjoyed the two lanais and having in unit laundry and a kitchen was very convenient for traveling as a family. The unit was very spacious. Would stay here again!

We stayed in July 2026 at Princeville and we lived it. The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious with everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the terrace with the garden view. Parking was right in the front of our building, the property well mentioned and the view from the cliff is breath taking. The people at the front desk very welcoming, nice and helpful. We would go back there any time.

A great place to stay. Spacious one bedroom unit with two full bathrooms and comfortable large couch bed perfect for four. Large kitchen with everything needed for a week of food prep. Ample parking. Beautiful tropical pool complex with adult pool & spa separate from larger pool. Lots of activities- basketball, tennis, pickle ball, putting green. Tropical landscaping all around with great garden views from lanai. BBQs and picnic tables - perfect for a gathering with family and friends. And large cliff area grassy plateau with anorak chairs and hammock for sitting to enjoy the ocean view, sunrise to sunset.

The condo was excellent. We had 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths A full kitchen dining area & living room The balcony off the primary bedroom overlooked the parking area but there s beautiful grounds with flowers & trees The back balcony had a good sized table with 4 chairs & overlooked a meadow area with a view of the ocean The seating areas near the cliffs was beautiful.

The Cliffs is a great condo style resort in Princeville. The condo has all the amenities that you need to cook your own meals. Was great to have a washer and dryer. No on site restaurants, but they have a breakfast/coffee truck and a food truck each night for dinner.

Good location and nice grounds. Kitchen and washer/dryer were helpful features. The hotel is one of the stops on the Hanalei shuttle route. No elevator to the third floor and no AC. The receptionist had difficulty finding my reservation.
