Beautiful location, nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed this property. The location was awesome with views of the coast. We loved the walking paths and easy going neighborhoods. It is close to grocery shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Views

This property is nice. It is conveniently located on the north shore in a beautiful quiet community with walking trails and gorgeous ocean views. It is close to grocery shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our time there with our 4 kids. We would stay here again.

Great Location in Princeville

Loved our short stay at this property. Absolutely gorgeous location on the cliffs in Princeville. Saw some whales from the kitchen and spent the evening sitting out on the property grounds watching the sunset. The condo itself is a little outdated but extremely clean and honestly better than the pictures. The kitchen was great and well-stocked for dinner. Would stay here again.

Vacasa Vacation

The Cliffs at Princeville was a wonderful experience. The guest services are fantastic and very polite and helpful!! The activities are abundant! Swimming ,hot tubs, shuffle board, pickle ball, tennis, the grounds are well kept. They have a lot of activities throughout the week such as Mai Tais on Monday, pizza trucks, lei making, hula dancing… it goes on and on.

Perfect!

What an amazing property! The cabin had everything we needed and more. We cooked together, played games, watched movies, hiked in the snow, built an igloo, worked puzzles, and had a wonderful family time. On some future non-pandemic visit, we'll also go explore Angel Fire Village, which looked charming on our drive through. Everything was perfect!

It was a short overnight stay. Short stroll to watch a beautiful sunset with the resident Nēnē geese. The unit was clean and well furnished with all the modern conveniences. Just a little challenge getting entrance to pool area without key card. Overall recommend and would stay again!!

Clean and well maintained; we did have two issues that were submitted to Vacasa and they stated that someone would come by and assist us but no one did. We did receive a call back from the maintenance but it was not until 3 days later.

Wonderful and functional vacation stay.

We booked the third story condo for a mother/daughter stay. We appreciated that the loft gave us separate sleeping spaces. The condo was wonderfully outfitted with all the supplies to make our stay comfortable. In-unit washer and dryer was very convenient and we made good use of the beach supplies provided on the lanai. Without air conditioning the loft was a bit on the warm side but the fan definitely helped. The only negative is that the kitchen and bathrooms are showing their age. Everything functioned well but they looked dated and a bit worn.

A lovely stay

A beautiful loft condo. Some furnishings a little dated, but easily outweighed by the setting, space, and overall amenities. Our kids loved the proximity to the pool. The chocolate and coffee on the counter were a nice touch. The view was great and the ocean breeze meant we never missed the AC. And when we left something behind, it was quickly and professionally returned. We’d definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous place to stay.

Lovely property with ocean views. Well appointed kitchen. Large master bedroom (door lock needs attention) 2 Large beds upstairs okay for comfort but older bedsandpillows. Upstairs fans only 1 of 3 in working order. Extra toilet paper would be nice.

Lovely condo with views of the Pacific

Great location, quiet with a view of the Pacific Ocean. The condo had a very large master bedroom and high ceilings in on the main floor. Lots of lovely breezes from the two decks. The kitchen and bathrooms need some updating and no AC in the condo. The breezes were fine with the ceiling fans but the loft was warm. Roosters greet you starting about 4am or so...that made for early mornings with the patio doors open. Overall, I would definitely rebook.

Pro: the view, it’s fantastic. Cons: On site reception had no record of us staying and shared that no info was sent to them for our visit. They were very kind through the hiccup. Most dishes needed to be washed before they could be used but the unit was otherwise clean. Day 2: Window screen from kitchen to patio fell out on me. The corner had dry rotted out and is not salvageable. Non-primary shower is in very rough shape: both the shower head and lower nozzle spew water all over the place - the entire apparatus needs to be replaced. I emailed feedback on both items and received a reply after 24 hours thanking me for the info. Nothing was done about either. Primary toilet flush bar broke mid stay. The flush bar was completely rusted out and I couldn’t make even a temporary fix so we needed to take the tank cover off and fish around the tank with our hands for the pull chain every time we needed to flush the primary toilet. Again, I emailed in and after 24 hours received an email saying, “sorry! We’ll let someone on site know.” We were very frustrated at that point and approached the main desk directly for help. They immediately sent someone over. Recap: Vacasa is awful and should be avoided. The actual Cliff’s team is not Vacasa and was lovely. This particular unit is tired, dated and worn.

Great place, perfect location!

Beautiful ocean view with plenty of amenities at the Cliffs to enjoy. Sunsets out on the lawn where you’ll find plenty of BBQ’s and chairs to take in the sights. Highly recommend this unit and can’t wait to go back.
