"All was great"

"No. No. No. If a staff collectively gets together to dismiss and demean a disabled human being. This housing facility needs evaluation. No compliancy, and why did I look? Based upon the customer service from the old hotel. Those who demeaned me, when and after I followed their direction? I was met with hostility and a "Good Job" by TIMMY (TIM) who mocked me and gained support from Tuki Heaps the GM of this housing organization under a Timeshare company. I was actually demeaned by a woman who works on the weekend, and claims or is a medical assistance in Heber, Utah! LOOK OUT before checking in. It seems good. But why pay that much for the insulting engagements from a very unprofessional staff, and all whom lack professionalism, as accustomed. I was told by Tuki Heaps, I better book online because tomorrow was her day off, and she does not want to be disturbed. Something, I sought when checking in."

"Everything was excellent! Friendly and helpful staff, clean amenities, food and drinks were great, plenty of parking!"

"I somehow booked two places. I contacted Rudy to cancel one and she said I’d need to stay in one two nights and move to the other. I said id just pay for both. They said pet friendly. I had a small dog. Didn’t see a place to put pet info in. At check-in, the guy was so nice. Specific property number was not listed so he had to contact Rudy several times. The unit was quite warm. Needed to run ac the entire time. I ended up leaving on night two and finding someplace else to stay. It was a difficult time for me."

"Visiting family in Park City and this was the perfect base to explore the mountains. We even walked into town along the trail way!"

"Host was easy to get ahold of but the towels weren’t very clean (you could see old stains in them). Surface level clean. Not bad for a one night stay."
