"The property was amazing!! Everything was clean organized picture perfect. Our host Ruth was amazing. She met me and my family as we were celebrating my daughter’s 19th birthday in person she gave me restaurant and food places to go to that was nearby really close to the property and even recommended to great masseuse to come to our pool and give my daughters and their mom massages that they wanted. "The property needs better maintenance and more upgraded fixtures we could not even get some shampoo and conditioner which most hotel do provide"

"The beach view was excellent! However, the staff was poor, I think mostly not trained well…. Upon checking, we received no information about the enmities of the property, or map, or even a card for our room keys, w the WiFi information on it. It seemed every question we asked the staff, they did not know, & to ask someone else. A late checkout cost was exorbitant The bartender had to look up how to make a Tanqueray and Tonic! Then needed help finalizing the bill for me. The next morning when I asked about the excursions on the chalkboard next to the reception desk, no one knew anything about them…. The staff was nice enough, but again, I think poorly trained, & not very helpful"

"the front desk personel were very helpful and pleasent. the concierge desk lady was rude and did not seem to care about assisting us with their advertised paid property tour. she clearly did not care who i was. i would not let rude staff member affect the other great staff and change my option to consider the hotel for another stay. our room was far from the restaurant and i asked to upgrade at our cost however there were no rooms available. seemed untrue as there were very little cars and people on this huge property. this hotel and property has alot of potential and wish to see it be better"
