“The check-in experience was disappointing from the very beginning. The receptionist barely paid attention and seemed interested only in checking guests in as quickly as possible. It felt rushed, hectic, and far from professional. The room itself was acceptable, but the air conditioning in the bedroom was unbelievably loud and not working. “Initially stayed in an apartment with 1 bedroom and sofa bed but due to air conditioning not working they couldn't fix (staff were great and tried fixing as soon as we emailed), so we ended up moving to a different apartment which was much better. The first had an odd layout in that the only bathroom was inside the main bedroom, so anyone staying on the sofa bed would need to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom which isn't ideal when you get up frequently in the night!
