  • Welcome to Washington Oasis, a cozy, designer upper-unit 1 bedroom condo with queen size bed, 1 bath with water views of MacMillan Pier. Home is centrally located directly off Commercial Street and near restaurants such as Pepe's, Yolqueria, The Mew's, and Spindler's. Guests are also a short walk from the East End Art Galleries and Art Museum. This 1 bedroom home is located a short walk to direct beach access, which is located at the end of the street (adjacent to Yolqueria) Home has Air Conditioning, WIFI, Keurig Coffee Machine, Full Kitchen with Dishwasher, and 1 parking spot. Home is provided with fresh towels, bed linens, and kitchen essentials. A very comfortable pull-out sofa bed (queen size) located in living room for additional guests upon request only.

    Please note that a 5-night minimum stay is required May through September, October through April is a 3-night minimum stay.
