「This was my friend and I’s first time to Provincetown. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The space was perfect allowing each of us our own bedroom and a large updated bathroom. It’s no frills and very basic but that’s all you need. Amazing outdoor space with view of the monument and great sunsets. The location was right in the middle of everything making it so easy to pop in and out throughout the day and night. Would 100% stay here again.」

「Wonderfully well kept and decorated cottage in a small private community with short walking distances to most places. Off street designated parking was a major plus! Easy check in and out made our stay all the more enjoyable. We can’t wait to go back!」

The location couldn’t have been better—just a few steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and everything P-town has to offer. The space was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly nice and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. 「Wonderful stay in a warm, comfortable home. The home is very clean and well stocked. Our extended family, our adult kids and their partners, truly enjoyed the home and everything it had to offer. We used the well equipped kitchen daily and loved the huge table that comfortably fit all of us. Ted was very responsive when we contacted him and we hope to return to this oasis sometime soon! 」

「The house is charming. It was very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms are not updated or pretty but they are functional and serve their purpose. The furniture is older and cheaper but also in good condition and is fine for a rental home. The location on the east end of town is lovely. Walking into town starts you at the point on Commercial where it gets dense with galleries, which makes for a really nice start and end to each adventure the kitchen is well equipped for cooking at the house.
