「Immaculate! Much larger than the pictures. AC in the bedroom worked perfect. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, cups and glasses. Bathroom shower had very modern sliding glass doors. Mars was very communitive with instructions and suggestions. The neighbors were very friendly and steps to the beach directly across the street. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.」

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
