Great location for proximity to the city but also in the quiet of the canyon. Super easy access to Sundance for skiing. Really well equipped kitchen for full meal prep. Beautiful backyard with hot tub to relax after a day of hiking or skiing.
We had a great time at the tree house cabin this week. Boys had lots of areas to trout fish and plenty of trails for hiking. The cabin was well stocked with essential supplies. (Atypical of many VRBOs) The hot tub alongside the stream and basketball hoop were our favorites.
This was a great house that was so fantastically designed with its architecture lending to peeks of the mountains no matter where you wander within the home. It was well appointed with comfortable amenities throughout. We had a bit of an issue with the gate getting into the neighborhood but the host was responsive and very friendly. The counters throughout the kitchen and bathrooms are as tall as everyone has noted yet there are stools to assist with this (just something to be aware of before booking). Overall, we loved the setting and for us, it was in a great location to explore Utah.
Great communication and all that’s was listed was accurate! Well supplied for a relaxing time. Only complaint would be several cats hanging around and had an allergic person. But they were easy to chase away!

Beautiful home by the river
The home was peaceful and beautiful. The proximity to the river, Provo Canyon and Sundance was ideal.
We came from Oklahoma for a BYU football game and made a weekend of it. This spot was 15 minutes from lots of great food options. And we found many fantastic hiking trails. The best we did was by Big Springs Park - the 4 mile loop was beautiful!
We loved our stay at this unique almost whimsical cottage nestled between the canyon and a bubbling brook right in the backyard. The views from every window and sounds of the brook made this stay so relaxing. We had everything we needed yet loved being just minutes from the city. We would definitely stay here again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although the house is a little bit away from shops and restaurants, the views are spectacular and the area was peaceful and quiet. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out inside and I imagine a family twice the size of ours would too. Soaking in the hot tub after a long day of hiking was the best.
This home was great for our stay -- both upstairs bedrooms had private baths, comfy beds (our room was so quiet and restful that we slept later than we have in years), lots of places to enjoy some time away from others if needed, well stocked kitchen, responsive owner -- but the highlight for us was the back patio next to the brook. It was so peaceful and relaxing.
We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this property to all.
We loved our stay here! It was a beautiful cabin setting and a terrific home base for our adventures in the canyon.
Well furnished and comfortable for all three generations among us, we could spread out across the three floors and patio or gather all together in the family room. The kids loved the access to the nearby playground and we all loved the Provo River trail. We’ll be back!

Great place !
We stayed at this location for 3 night in August. It was very clean and modern. The great location within Provo Canyon was within a couple miles of family parks as well as Bridal Veil Falls. My 5 year old loved the stream in the backyard, and the fire pit. There was also a hot tub we unfortunately didn’t have the time to use.
Lovely, comfortable house in prime location. Cozy beds, big kitchen, stunning mountain views out the window. Really handy for quick grocery runs or finding hiking trails in the canyon. Very welcoming and responsive host. We will be back!
Location is great. It feels secluded but is barely over 10 minutes away from grocery stores & gas stations. The stream in the back is peaceful and hot tub/fire pit worked well and are a perfect addition. As other mentioned, the counter tops and vanity’s are comically tall but absolutely functional. Would book again in the future.
We were in town for two of our daughters sports camps at BYU so I wanted to be close but also in the mountains so we could experience some of the beauty of this area. This location was perfect. We were close enough and just far enough. Access to the Provo River Trail was perfect. South Fork Park Was beautiful and we went up there a couple times and we were able to gather as a family on multiple occasion along the creek right at the back of the property. The home was clean and in great condition. My family left asking if we could come back again.

Serene mountain sanctuary
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional canyon home. The place was remarkably clean and spacious, offering various indoor and outdoor areas to unwind and enjoy, making it a great space for our family. The gurgle of the stream and the tranquil surroundings of lush trees help you relax, especially while sitting in the hot tub. The large windows allow a flood of natural light in, providing great views of the mountain. This is a retreat that promises comfort and serenity. We can’t wait to return to see the fall leaves.

Vivian Park Stay
We stayed here for a long weekend and couldn’t have picked a better place! This home is surrounded by a river to fish and mountains to explore. Exactly what we were looking for! The back patio was my favorite, backed up to a stream and comfortable furniture perfectly situated to sit and enjoy a book and the beautiful views. The hot tub was well maintained and fun to sit in with snow flurries around us.Well stocked with towels, extra blankets, and kitchen staples. The home was clean and the owner responsive when we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again when visiting beautiful Vivian Park!

Mountain Serenity with Modern Conveniences
This cabin, nestled between the mountains with a peaceful stream at its rear, remains a favored escape for us. The cool night air just started turning the canyon leaves into mesmerizing reds and golds. Wishing for a couple more days to see more of the changes. Being so close, it offers a refreshing and easy break from routine of the valley. Did quite a bit of cooking for our group this time and the well-equipped kitchen even with a few spices made it easier. The Wi-Fi also worked very well for us, we had a few college football games streaming at the same time.
This house was absolutely amazing! The host checked in with us and was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating throughout our stay. The home itself was spotless, with super comfortable beds and a very well-stocked kitchen—everything we needed to cook was right there. One of our favorite features was the pebble ice maker—such a nice touch! It was incredibly relaxing to sit in the living room and take in the beautiful view of the river. Our family had an absolute blast doing the “polar plunge” — hopping from the hot tub into the cold river and back again. The house is tucked away in a gorgeous, peaceful neighborhood with a lovely park at the entrance. The basketball goal in the driveway was a big hit—it’s an adjustable, high-quality setup that was perfect for all ages, who spent hours playing. The backyard had everything we needed for a great time outdoors: the grill worked well, and the fire pit was perfect for making s’mores and keeping warm while we listened to the sounds of the river.I’ve stayed at many properties, and this one felt especially safe, peaceful, and well-cared-for. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely riverside home
The home is in an older neighborhood but is fairly well updated with all needed amenities. Entry was by code into the garage but would have been more convenient if a garage door opener was provided. The countertops in kitchen and baths are extremely tall. Stools were provided which helped shorter folks access sinks, etc. Not too big of a deal but we also did not cook in, other than making sandwiches. The patio area is right off the Provo river which is very relaxing and also has a hot tub and fire pit. We didn't utilize this space but if we'd have stayed longer this would have been a nice area to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings.

Unique stay by the river
Our family of 6 had a great stay. The home felt comfortable and had everything we needed. We are pretty particular about our vacation rentals- we have high expectations for cleanliness and accommodations. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. We appreciated that there were floor fans available for both bedrooms, since we are accustomed to sleeping to the noise of a fan. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with tons of dishes, silverware, glasses, and cookware, as well as every appliance you could need- crockpot, toaster, pebble ice maker, griddle, and waffle maker. There are even spices and cooking spray. It is nice to have soaps, shampoos, and detergents already available. The backyard is awesome with the hot tub, fire pit (which we did not get a chance to use), river, and gorgeous view. We enjoyed being able to walk to Vivian Park and Bridal Veil Falls- simply gorgeous. My son fished in the Provo River along the trail every day we were there. It was a great stay.
