「Everything was unique about this property. We were surprised once we got there but it was the highlight of our trip. Everything is 5 star from friendly staff. Very nice owner, location, cleanliness, comfortable. I was travelling with my 2 teenagers and they both love it. The owner did a fantastic job renovating this old house. We wish to be able to go back there one day.」

「I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve.
Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately...」

「Wonderful location among the pines, cleverly designed rooms and outdoor space giving privacy and proximity to nature. Fantastic service from every member of staff, thoughtful and knowledgable. Extremely generous breakfasts, with variety every day.」

「Ottima posizione in centro città (zona pedonale). La reception risponde in remoto a qualsiasi ora per ogni richiesta. Struttura ben ristrutturata in palazzo storico.
Se si arriva in auto elettrica si può parcheggiare presso il silos Saba Maggiore nei pressi dell'ospedale Maggiore che offre anche 3 stalli con colonnine di ricarica」
