The staff was friendly and helpfull. The only issue was they had me listed as a no show. This resulted in a billing issue. When i talked to the manager me said he would resolve it.

Maintenance is an issue. The entrance door was very difficult to open due to dragging on the floor. Tub and shower valves needs to be reworked. Staff was friendly and helpful, but facility need help.

been here a couple times. place is convenient, beds are super comfy. this last time i reserved a room with 1 king size bed like a week in advance for my partner and i and we got there and they didn’t have any available. only a room with 2 full beds. so that was super disappointing

Front entrance really needed attention. It was dirty. Lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was perfectly clean & nice. From about 11:30 pm till 2:30 am. I had someone knocking on my door all night.

I needed a bed and this place provided it. The only “issue” was the side door that was barely 10 feet from my room. My key card wouldn’t work. It was only mildly inconvenient.

I absolutely loved the fact that the staff was super friendly and helpful except for on my last day there was a new housekeeper. She knocked on my door at 8 30 am to inform me that check out was at 11. Please I knew that. But other than that I was happy

The room smelled of cigarettes. No gravy for the biscuits and gravy. 11pm the noise thru the roof. Kids screaming. Dogs barking. People going in and out. The bed was lumpy. The day we checked out Debbie was the highlight of our trip. She was the only one that was very nice. We really liked her.

All great but one thing.

It was a pleasant stay. The bed felt clean, the room seemed clean, breakfast was good. It was quiet, easy access from the road we were travelling and my brief interaction with staff was pleasant as expected - nothing extra that was good or extra that was negative. The ONLY negative, was the bathroom. There was no toilet tissue holder - which doesn't seem like a big deal, but on the wall near that general area, there was black smudgey short streaks on the wall. Next to the toilet your mind tends to imagine ONE thing when you see black smears... The wall down to the floor just seemed dirty (besides those streaks). But, with those streaks you just imagine dirty hands, and now you have to pick up the toilet tissue (rather than just pull it from the roll) and you imagine other hands touching the tissue and... it's just unpleasant. Having a clean bathroom area is such a big deal when you want your guests to feel your hotel is clean. I hope this location will take some time and go through their rooms to make sure they're presenting themselves well.

There were bed bugs in our room, I got bit multiple times and killed one. Got moved to a different room, when we opened the door someone was already in there. Wasn’t offered a refund unfortunately.
