"Amazing resort with great spa and pools. For the moderate price we paid, we really got a lot of value for the money. The breakfasts were amazing. The first morning as a stylish and calm buffet at the Platinum Adults building. The second it was only served morning in the main building. "Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnungsanlage in einer sehr schönen Landschaft. Die Wohnung ist gefühlt erst neu so gut wie noch keine Nutzungsspuren. Sie bietet sehr viel Platz und der Whirlpool war der Renner bei den Kids, trotz des Regens. Der Kontakt war schnell und hilfreich. "

"The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views. But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price. The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable. When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. "

"Montain view was beautiful"

"The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. The wellness area was great as well, but it’s a shame that although it’s supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, the staff started rushing us out at 9:49 PM — even though it would have only taken us one more minute to leave.I was also surprised that parking is charged separately and not included in the price of the stay."

"The hotel looks run down from outside but the inside lobby is clean and modern and renovated; however you have to pay attention to the type of room you are booking. The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade. All staff from front desk to dinning room were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again."

"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening. It's ok for a short trip like 3-4 days but I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay."
