“Great location, long wait at the restaurant”

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……

“Excellent location for colonial sites”

“The carpet was old, stained & brown. I kept my shoes on the whole time. The headboard & interior of door was stained. Road noise comes right through the window unit a/c that was screwed into the plywood back wall. Musty smell. Bathroom was clean & recaulked. Mattress was fine, linens old. Coffee only/sign said no breakfast as of 1-1-26. Pool “closed for season” on Memorial Day weekend. Friendly staff.”

“Close to historical places is plus. Overall it was quiet. The attendant ( lady) who performed the check in was not friendly or professional. In the other hand the male guest was very friendly professional and polite. Strong smell of Clorox on bedding and towels. The texture of the towels was hard they need to purchased new ones. Room needed a little sweeps and bathroom is really small.”

“Location is great. Front desk people were very nice. Breakfast very good. Room was nice and clean. Shower is very important for me and this one was perfect. Carpet in the hallway was little old but was clean and smelled nice. Laundry room could be updated for card payment, I never have coins. Website says they have EV charger, but was just I old tesla charger, be aware of that.”

“I wish I could think of one positive thing to say about my stay here. From problems at check in to being unable to contact anyone at the front desk. No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. That was all topped off by coming back at the end of the day to find that my door had been left open by the cleaning staff. The woman who cooked the breakfast was very……
