「Check in was great. 」

「The room initially, when entered, smelled like old dirty clothes and stinky shoes. We left the fan on continuous, and since we were not there the whole time, that seemed to somewhat freshen the air. It was pretty bad initially. 」

「Check in/check out was quick and easy. Staff was great. It was nice to have breakfast available」

「The hotel, room, parking lot was clean. We couldn't get our TV to work, and it was replaced within ten minutes. Top notch customer service. The only thing I would say negatively is that the mattresses weren't very comfortable, but I would definitely stay there again.」

「I had a great stay here, which is why this is only of my favorite motels in Pueblo. My only complaint is that my room had no shower curtain. Other than that everything was great.」

「We came for the weekend for the Lowrider show next door. Check in service was good and easy. It was the most convenient hotel for what we were there for that we could have chosen. Everything we needed within walking distance. The only negative was, there was no service in the room, no new towels, no making of the beds, or emptying of the trash. Other than that, great say. *warning* the area is a bit shady with homeless folks, but they were no bother to us on the property!」
