The rooms were clean but in need of an upgrade. Bathroom in need of upgrade - bath was very plastic feeling and shower rather feeble. The staff were excellent, they went above and beyond for us as we were celebrating a 21st Birthday while there. Had a sea view. Food choices were good although sometimes the food was lukewarm. I did notice some people microwave their food. Entertainment was good, something for everyone during the day and at night too - Entertainment team were very good Hotel is family friendly Overall had a lovely week away

The hotel overall was very good. I would give it 5 stars but the room given to us was very outdated and the room reeked of sewer smell. We complained but nothing was done while we occupied it. Putting the stoppers in the plugs helped. Other than that property was very good.

Not recommend to anyone. Never stay there again. We paid almost $500 per night and it was wast of money. We had cockroaches in the room. Room was old. They charge €15 per night per car. Never find parking on the street. We had breakfast and dinner included in the price but we had to pay for the water at dinner (anything do drink you have to pay). Never happed in different hotel. This hotel is overpriced.

We stayed for 10 days. Booked a suite. We originally were on the 16th floor with a mountain view, the room was fine, except for the railing being wobbly. We wanted an ocean view and the front desk was kind enough to give us 2 different suites to choose from. Both were nice, we ended up on the 9th floor. The whole hotel is dated. Like a time warp to the 90's. It's clean and generally well maintained but it's in need of a serious update. The food was not great. Especially for someone with food allergies. A sign saying "Assorted Meat" doesnt cut it. We mostly ate at local restaurants because the buffet was so poorly labelled. The signs for chicken and pork were reversed at one point. There was seafood next to the salads etc. Lunch was... well it was gross. Im not a health nut, but theres no way I was going to eat anything from the lunch options. The A La Carte restaurants... its the same restaurant. Just different nights have different themes. The food was ok at best. Not really worth the hype. Water was a huge issue. You get 2 bottles of water per room per day. Thats it. Dont ask for more. And if you miss the delivery, the front desk will just tell you to go fill a cup in the bar. The bar staff will tell you to go ask the front desk for bottles, it's an endless loop of never-ending thirst. The location is amazing, the town is amazing. The service staff were great, the housekeepers were fabulous. I would go back to the town, but likely not to this hotel.

We had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. It is definitely not 4 stars, 3 if you get a renovated room, less if you’re in the others (which make up the majority). We were given the latter to start with and the room was shabby and dirty, paint peeling off all of the furniture and mould in the bathroom. The food was average (avoid the a la carte restaurants completely as these are worse, and charge you if half board). The pool area is nice and it’s a convenient location. The spa was nice but again this is an extra charge and not made clear. Some staff cheerful and helpful, others are really rude. Not quite sure how this hotel has the ratings it does, maybe from a few returning customers. I’d definitely avoid.

El alojamiento en general bueno, las instalaciones no eran muy nuevas, algunas necesitan restaurarse. El buffet completo y la calidad buena, en relación calidad-precio. La piscina genial, podías disponer de tumbona sin problema y con zonas de sol y sombra. El parking un poco caro. La habitación normalita para un cuatro estrellas. La atención del personal muy buena. La conexión de horarios entre el bufete, bar piscina y bar hotel ha sido buena porque siempre podías disponer de algo abierto y eso se agradece, en el todo incluido. La ubicación buenísima, céntrico para ir al mar, pasear y centro pueblo. En general la estancia muy buena.

Todo increíble. Las instalaciones maravillosas, tranquilas, limpias y bonitas. El menú buffet bastante variado cada día. La atención del personal fue increíble por parte de todos, pero destacar el trabajo de las animadoras (Ale y Eri), siempre con una sonrisa en la cara y con toda la buena actitud. Y de los camareros, Moisés. Super amable, muy atento y un encanto de persona, cuidenlo bien :)
