“Pros: Las vistas a la montaña, la piscina imprescindible para refrescarse. Cons: Estaría ideal que hubiese algo de vegetación, algunos arboles que ofreciesen sombra. Debería haber Aire acondicionado en sala comedor, así como mobiliario más actual y no tan apiñado. Las tuberías de los baños desprenden mal olor. Un cambio de sartenes no iría nada mal, todo se pega en ellas, al igual que una cafetera de cápsulas, el microondas da miedo utilizarlo, en definitiva, con el elevado precio que se cobra……

“Very happy with the Villa it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay .Location is excellent for the beach which is very nice and the nearby shops .. there are some very lovely restaurants within walking distance - car is not needed Communication from Hollidu was great once the holiday came around but not so good prior when we asked for some help with transfers etc - we used gettransfer.com who were absolutely fantastic both journeys .. would we stay here again - absolutely ”

“Como se describe. Super cerca de la playa (<1 minuto), un montón de cafés y restaurantes. Buena zona de barbacoa al aire libre, algunas buenas comodidades en la cocina también.”

“The property had stunning views. However it’s tired. The patio doors were difficult to open. The kitchen was basic. No dish cloth to wash dishes. The kitchen window wouldn’t close properly therefore causing a loud whistling noise when there was a wind. However, we would stay again due to the position. Please refund my deposit. ”

“Great location, 1min walk to shops, restaurants etc. Everything within close proximity. Accommodation had everything we needed and for our winter stay provided good quality bedding and heating. Very comfortable and the property is a lovely Mallorcian townhouse with authentic touches that we loved.Maria Antonia was most helpful too!”

“Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy .”
