"The location was wonderful and the photos matched the listing. The host was very friendly and did her best to fix the air conditioning which was not functioning. Unfortunately since it was 85 to 100 degrees and the sewer smell inside was overwhelming it made for a troubling and uncomfortable stay. Since our stay was booked for the eclipse it was not possible to find other accommodations so we had to stick it out."

"Staff were lovely, especially Carolina who greeted us in the restaurant each day and the ladies on the guest experience desk. First room wasn’t great as it overlooked the road but the second that we upgraded to was amazing. The pool areas were incredible but the loud music that had a habit of repeating wasn’t great. Location was too close to the “party” beach for our liking but the staff helped us find other amazing beaches"
