“We are so happy to have stayed at the Aqua Guesthouse. The property is beautifully maintained and everything for a very comfortable stay is provided with a smile. Sarah, Gerzon and Diana are always available to facilitate this. The bicycles were a wonderful addition to our stay. We used them every day for all our outings to the beach or to town. “Maryel took care of everything. She was there for us when our flight was delayed and we had to round up Gustavo to get us to the hotel from the Cancun airport. She checked in with us all the time to make sure everything was good. She was there for us when we had to request a little bit of extra time.
