Still trying to get my money back

This place was a nightmare to find. It was over 105 the day that we were supposed to check in. We stood at the house trying to get the air conditioner to work, which it never did. The actual owner and her husband was wonderful people, but the hosting company NOVASOL have been nothing but a problem. They claimed air-conditioning then they claimed that there was no air-conditioning advertised. I’m glad I took screenshot so I’m waiting for a refund. This is taking hours and hours and hours of my vacation away from me. Nothing but a nightmare.
