My husband and I stayed at this condo in Origen Versalles for one month (Feb 11th-March 11th 2026).We absolutely loved everything about it: the area was quiet, with lots of restaurants/grocery nearby, and lovely to walk. We walked down to the Pier many times (about a 50 minute walk), and the beginning of the Malecon is about a 35 minute walk). The beach is about a 12 minute walk. The apartment itself is exactly like the pictures. The AC worked perfectly, and we enjoyed sitting on the private balcony(shaded all afternoon), with a lovely view of the mountains. The rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful: pool itself extremely clean, and a nice cool temp as a break from the heat. The view from the rooftop is gorgeous, and always very quiet, relaxing, as well as spotlessly clean.The communication with Sand Pacific was almost immediate, so no worries there.The only, very small, negative thing I can say, is that sometimes we would get a sewer smell in the apartment, but I think that is a common thing in Puerto Vallarta, and not unique to this particular condo building.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this condo again.Thank you Sand Pacific for a most wonderful vacation!
