「Aus der Beschreibung ging nicht hervor, dass der Vermieter im selben Haus wohnt; hat aber nicht gestört. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner,erholsamer Aufenthalt; herrlich großes Grundstück, ein Feigenbaum mit mit reifen Früchten,schöne Gartenmöbel mit Beschattung, Grillmöglichkeit& ein toller Pool!Sehr netter unaufdringlicher Vermieter, der uns mit seinem Honig& feiner Marmelade verwöhnt hat.Der rechte Ort für Leute die Ruhe suchen; abends Grillenzirpen;öfters schauen Rehe vorbei.Merci,Jean!」

「Wonderful place to stay with family.The pool and huge garden were great for the kids (well, for everyone really!).Lovely outdoor spaces and a great barbecue.Kitchen and dining area are large and very well equipped.Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable with nice towels and linens provided.Lounge area was large and comfortable - but all of the outdoor space is so lovely we hardly spent any time inside.Tracy is a great host - very helpful and easy to communicate with.Recommend Le Peyrat...

「Notre séjour c'est passé impeccablement bien grâce à cette maison. Sa piscine au sel nous a bien rafraîchie et sa salle de loisiers est vraiment sympa. On a fortement apprécié la clim pour des nuits fraîches par les chaleurs. L'accueil était très bien avec un petit cadeau d'entrée. La maison dans un lotissement calme et est à 15 minutes de Bordeaux parfait pour le repos. Merci encore de nous avoir partagé votre bien.」

「Très belle maison. Propriétaires super sympathiques. Rien ne manque, il y a tout. Piscine très grande et très propre. Grand silence entre les vignes.」

Située dans un très grand domaine, vous trouverez tout le confort dans la maison tres propre, couchages très correct avec en plus piscine, baby-foot, terrasse, exposée plein sud. 「The house has a light, spacious design and decor, making it easy to live in. We appreciated the outdoor eating area, especially the useful awning to protect against midday sun. The pool was a good size, with the robot cleaner working well, and there was comfortable poolside lounging seating. The house was overall well-equipped although some areas may soon need a refresh e.g. the kitchen units and the showers. The location is an asset.
