Pula Vacation

It was our first time in Croatia and we had a fantastic time! The owners of this property were very friendly (very important) and they told us about some recommendations in the area. Their recommendations were spot on by the way! The pool was great for the kids, the location was perfect by car, and the property was very nice.

Erster Eindruck vom Haus war super. Auch dann im Verlauf unseres Aufenthalts hat alles gut gepasst. Ein, zwei Kleinigkeiten waren nicht perfekt, aber insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Kontakt vor Ort freundlich und hilfsbereit, also super. Wir überlegen wieder zu kommen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus war super! Die Lage war spitze, dass einzige was Hundebesitzer stören könnte sind die Nachbarhunde gegenüber. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind Klasse und sauber! Die Zimmeraufteilung perfekt. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und unsere beiden Hunde haben den sehr gut eingezäunten Garten sehr genossen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter sind super lieb und haben uns alles gut erklärt und waren auch für uns da, wenn wir fragen hatten. Die Unterkunft war bei Ankunft sehr gepflegt und sauber so wie auf den Bildern/Im Text beschrieben. Einziges kleines Minus nach ein paar Tagen kam eine Pool Reinigungsfirma von der wir nichts wussten, als wir gerade im Pool waren. Wir haben uns sehr erschrocken als plötzlich ein fremder Herr am Pool stand und wir aus dem Pool mussten damit er diesen reinigen konnte aber nach ca. 30 min war er fertig und wir konnten weiter den Pool genießen. Die Lage ist auch super man kommt von allen Seiten gut überallhin. In der Nähe sind einige Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen egal ob Lebensmittel oder ob man einfach nur bummeln gehen möchte. Wir würden sicher wieder kommen.

Erholung und Gemütlichkeit

Sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet mit viel Platz. Im Sommer ist es dort sicher schön kühl, jetzt (im Herbst) war es gemütlich. Die Kinder, unser Hund und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist absolut klasse und der Garten groß, so dass viel Platz zum Toben war (klasse hier auch das Trampolin). Die Vermieter vor Ort waren sehr nett und haben am Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurantmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung gegeben. Dass der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, war für unseren Hund klasse, so konnte er jederzeit frei herumlaufen. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen herrlichen Mandarinenstrauch und daneben Kräuter, hinterm Haus steht ein großer Olivenbaum, es wirkt alles gepflegt und idyllisch. Der Ort ist noch Im Aufbau begriffen, aber es gibt keinen Baulärm oder so. Pula ist nicht weit weg und mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Zu Fuß sind kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichbar. Alles in allem war es für uns ein toller Aufenthalt.

Super schönes Häuschen auf sehr gepflegtem Grundstück!

Fangen wir mit dem elektronischen Tor zur Zufahrt auf das Grundstück an - klasse Sache und Stellplätze für 2 größere Autos. Das Grundstück ist komplett 1,5m hoch ummauert/umzäunt und damit war es für unseren Schäferhund möglich, den gesamten Tag Kreise um das Haus zu ziehen, welches cleverer weise mittig auf dem Grundstück steht. Der Pool ist mit geschätzten 8m*4m auch sehr gut für eine Gruppe von bis zu 6 personen geeignet. Im Garten gibt es eine Tisch-Sitzgruppe für 6 Personen und 4 Sonnenliegen. Alles massives und ordentlich aussehendes Holz. Im Inneren gibt es neben dem großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und ein Gäste WC. Was soll ich sagen, war alles toll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gefallen!!! Einzig die Kaffemaschine könnte neuer sein bzw. schneller laufen =) Wir kommen gerne wieder

Hervorragendes Objekt

Das Haus war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Lage und Umgebung ist traumhaft. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht der letzte Urlaub, wir kommen wieder in die Villa.

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Das Objekt war super sauber, als wir es übernommen haben. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles gezeigt und viele Tips gegeben, unter anderem, weil wir mit Hunden unterwegs waren. Der Vermieter war stets erreichbar und man konnte ihn alles fragen. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, von dort kann man schnell viele Städte erreichen (Pula, Medulin, Rovinj, ...). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr schnell zu erreichen. Wirklich ein schönes gepflegtes Objekt, in dem man einen schönen Urlaub verbringen kann!

Sehr schönes,gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Der Pool ist sauber und groß genug für eine ganze Familie. Die Strände sind zwischen 11 und 17minuten entfernt und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Supermärkte und alles was man braucht ca. 3 -5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Haus ist schön kühl, und war somit für unseren Hund auch sehr angenehm. Nebenan ist ein kleiner Hühnerbauernhof und die Lage ist sehr ruhig, bis auf einige Hunde, die man öfters bellen hört. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ferienhaus mit Pool bei Pula

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig, aber trotzdem sehr zentral. Bis Pula und Shoppingmöglichkeiten sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten sind gepflegt. Die Bilder und die Beschreibungen sind passend. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefalllen.

2 schöne Wochen gehabt.

Wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen in dem Haus. Das Haus war sehr sauber und uns hat es nichts gefehlt. Es gab 3 kleine Mängel aber dies hat keinen Grund die Bewertung negativ zu bewerten. Was in dem Haus fehlt ist ein Staubsauger. Wir hatten Hunde dabei und jeder der Kinder hat weiß das die das ein oder andere von draußen mitbringen. Da wäre ein Staubsauger angebracht gewesen, da wir es gerne sauber haben. Leider gab es in den Schlafzimmern keine Rollläden oder Vorhängen um die Zimmer komplett dunkel zu machen. Leider war bei der Ankunft Bereits der Bodenwischer kaputt und wurde bis zu unseren Abreise auch nicht ersetzt. Mein Vater hat sich beim putzen damit die Hand aufgeschnitten. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und auch lustig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
