Lovely close in water views from the front building or third floor of the back building. Exceeds the standards for small Euro boutique hotel. Nice pool with great outlook and lots of sun. Helpful friendly staff and very nice rooms. Michelin restaurant on site with great food and wine list. Sea wall and nice beaches are close by. You will need a car, bus or Uber to get to Pula old town.

Incredible stay. We stayed for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon journey throughout Croatia. We were kindly upgraded to the "Fuoco 1" apartment and it was superb, immaculately clean, spacious with fantastic views of the marina from the private balcony. The staff were so friendly and helpful when my wife required some medical attention for her infected insect bite they signposted us to the tourist hospital. We dined at the on-site restaurant twice because the quality of food was so good and was reasonably priced. Aperol spritz only 8€ as an example. Highly reccomended and we hope to visit again in future anniversaries.

Our room was immaculately clean, well equipped and comfortable. The Staff are very polite and accommodating, at breakfast they will replace items or provide options as per your request. The pool area is very quiet and relaxing, we spent many hours relaxing or reading by the pool, with towels provided. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Pula and Istria areas, you can walk to beaches within 10 minutes, and drive to all main destinations easily. It's a beautiful place and we'd visit again if staying in Pula. We extended our stay by three nights, and they kept us in the same room even when the price was increased, for that we extremely grateful and more than happy to recommend to others.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Leider war unser Zimmer bei der Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber, vor allem der Fußboden im Bad. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, für ein 4 Sterne Hotel aber nicht angemessen. Es gibt nur Toast und aufgeschnittenes Baguette, das ist schade. Ein schönes kleines Hotel, meiner Meinung nach aber keine 4 Sterne verdient.

Food was fabulous (small menu) and staff were super friendly and helpful. We used public bus to and from Pula. Bed was excellent and the air conditioning was perfect for a great night’s sleep. The small pool was never busy and we always got sunbeds. We found it very peaceful and quiet.

Schöne, moderne Zimmer. Super netter Empfang und schöne Lage am kleinen Hafen. Leider entsprach das Frühstück nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel zu diesem Preis haben wir mehr Auswahl und bessere Qualität erwartet. Der Frühstückraum (nur indoor) wurde nicht klimatisiert, nur die Fenster geöffnet, dadurch war es an den Sonnenplätzen wirklich sehr heiß. Generell empfanden wir den Frühstückraum, welcher auch abends das Restaurant ist, als nicht wirklich schön. Der Pool und Liegenbereich ist sehr klein, aber ganz nett. Die Zimmer waren grundsätzlich sauber, es waren aber unsaubere und unschöne Stellen in der gefliesten Dusche und an der Handbrause neben der Toilette. Das sind sicherlich Mängel, die durch Putzen nicht beseitigt werden können. Das Bett fanden wir bequem, da es nicht zu hart war, aber das ist ja immer Geschmacksache. :) Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenhalt, aber wir haben uns gefragt, ob hier Preis-Leistung stimmt. Schließlich fangen die Zimmerpreise in der Hauptsaison bei 390€ pro Person an.

Ældre hotel med god beliggenhed

Ældre hotel med god beliggenhed! Meget ensformig morgenmad for at være Michelin restaurant om aften! Dobbeltværelse med udsigt til en parkeringsplads passede ikke med beskrivelsen i hoteloversigten! Vi blev opgraderet til en dejlig lejlighed med havudsigt men det blev helt pludseligt dyrt, da det kostede 300.- Euro ekstra! Det var dog vært pengene, da det var helt stille og roligt og en fantastisk udsigt! Professionel rengøring og meget sød og venlig personale i receptionen og i restauranten! Terrassen trænger til udskiftning af musikken, da det bliver spillet meget højt og valget af musik er meget stressende når man vil hygge sige og sidde og tale.
