schöne Villa mit großem Pool

Ein geräumiges, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, aber super sauber! Umgeben von einem Garten mit Zaun und einem tollen, großen Swimmingpool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. In der Küche viele Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Ruhige Lage, Supermärkte, Restaurants und Strände nicht weit entfernt. Auto allerdings Pflicht! Gastgeber freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! :-)

Tolle Villa, traumhafter Pool

Wir (2 Familien, insgesamt 8 Personen) hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Pepa. Die Kinder schliefen in dem 4-Bett-Zimmer, was erstaunlich gut geklappt hat. Innen gibt es einen riesigen Tisch, den wir hauptsächlich als Ablage und die Kinder zum Spielen genutzt hatten. Außen gibt es zahlreiche schattige Sitzplätze auf der Veranda. Wir gaben immer draußen gegessen. Direkt bei der Küche gibt es einen langen Tisch auf der Veranda. Der Kicker wurde viel genutzt. Das absolute Highlight war der große Pool - traumhaft. Er wurde selbstverständlich während unseres Aufenthaltes von 10 Tagen mehrfach gereinigt. Der Garten ist wirklich groß und hat auch für ein kleines Fußballspiel gereicht. Der Gastgeber Matteo war sehr freundlich, die Kommunion lief hervorragend und er hatte sogar ain paar Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps für uns.

Vacanze a Pula

Siamo molto soddisfatti della vacanza passata presso villa Pepa: ottima la posizione e la casa offre veramente molti spazi soprattutto all'aperto. La piscina e il calcetto sono stati un ottimo svago per i ragazzi e la possibilità del barbecue ci ha consentito delle belle serate. La spiaggia di Nora è a soli 3 minuti di macchina e la splendida Chia a meno di 10 minuti. I supermercati sono a qualche minuto di macchina e verso Chia si trovano facilmente bancarelle di frutta e verdura. Un grazie particolare a Cristina per la bella accoglienza, la sua costante disponibilità e per averci fatto assaggiare i piatti della tradizione Sarda. Consiglio questa location sia a famiglie sia a gruppi di amici, il fatto di essere un po' fuori dal centro abitato garantisce tanta libertà e tranquillità.

Une maison calme et reposante

A 5 minutes en voiture du centre de la ville de Pula, la Vila Pepa offre un cadre très calme et propice au repos, mais aussi aux loisirs dans le grand jardin et surtout dans la piscine. Celle-ci est très grande, bien entretenue et permet de se rafraichir toute la journée. Les trois chambres sont climatisées et la literie est confortable. Les hôtes sont très à l'écoute et aux petits soins pour les invités. Ils essaient de remédier aux mieux aux faiblesses du réseaux électrique de la zone (rien de compliqué avec un peu d'organisation) et à l'eau du robinet très calcaire. Ce fut un réel plaisir pour toute la famille et nos amis.

Une maison spacieuse, entourée d’un immense jardin et dotée d’une piscine tout simplement Waouhhhh! Un emplacement au calme, idéal pour une famille, situé à 5 min des supermarchés et du centre de Pula en voiture. Les propriétaires sont incroyablement accueillants et d’une gentillesse rare. Esperienza eccellente

Eravamo 2 famiglie, 4 adulti e 4 bimbi (5-9). Siamo stati benissimo, non solo per la logistica ed il posizionamento, ma anche perche' il padrone di casa (Matteo) e' stato di grande supporto, sempre disponibile e di una gentilezza squisita. Un'esperienza per noi bellissima, e che consiglio specialmente a famiglie con bimbi.
