「Overall, this is a perfect little studio for a short stay in Statesboro. It was nicely decorated, clean, and walkable to all the fun stuff downtown It was pretty sparse in the way of any dishes, even tho there is a full kitchen. Due to the way the building is built, anything happening in the halls, next door, or above if fully audible from the bed. There was a big commotion outside as restaurant workers were getting off shift and it did jar me awake. The bathroom was clean, but clearly had no...

「Renting with Kaelin is always my first choice as I know that the property is always as advertised, clean, and she is the hostess with the mostess!! I chose a one room all emcompassed instead of having a separate bedroom and it was perfect! It was only me and the room was more than enough! Fully equipped with all I needed.I loved being in the middle of town as it was near all of my appointments. My college friend and I met for dinner at Bull and Barrell and it was delicious! Being born and raised...

「The property manager was great and the check in was super easy. The kitchen and living room are good. The bedroom and bathrooms are pretty rough. The full bath is very small and the finish is off the tub with rust stains running down the tub and the wall. The air feels very moist at night from the air conditioning. The manager was attentive to our issues and said she will be able to address some of the bathroom issues but I just think anyone renting this unit should be aware of the bathroom...

「Lots of ROACHES and other bugs. We have videos of live ones but we can't upload a video. It was not clean at all. Long hairs in the shower, the extra blankets stunk. We left!Hopefully VRBO will make it right or we won't use them again.」
