"The Shower was out of Bath gel and the kitchen only had 1 fork. The room was comfortable. The property had no internet when we arrived. Overnight it was back on."

"The stay was disappointing and frustrating. On the first night, I was unable to access my room because when I arrived, the door/lock system was completely broken. The lock and key attached to the door were not working, and the room did not feel safe or secure. I also have pictures documenting the condition of the door and lock. I tried calling the after-hours line for assistance, but no one answered or helped me. Because I could not get into the room and had no support from the hotel, I had to find somewhere else to stay that night. Thankfully, I was able to stay with a friend. The next morning around 7 a.m., I returned to the hotel and explained what happened. They switched me to a different room, but I was still charged the full amount for the first night, even though I was unable to stay in the room. That felt unfair because the issue was not my fault, and the room was neither safe nor accessible. The new room needed a little more cleaning, but overall it was okay. However, the lack of after-hours support, the unsafe room situation, and not being refunded for the first night made the experience very disappointing."

"Very limited breakfast options. Only one waffle machine, which makes you have to wait in line-no eggs, bacon, or potatoes. "

"We booked our hotel with Expedia. When I registered for the room I clicked the option to pay at facility. They ran my card for the price I was given prior to checking in. When we arrived at the facility around 10PM, I went into the lobby to get us checked in. The front desk attendant, Gary, was rude from the time I walked in the door. He asked for my name and before I could get my full name out he was asking for my ID. I provided him with my ID.Then he asked for my signature and payment. I explained to him that I already paid and showed him on my phone. He said that payment was just to hold the room and we had to pay an additional fee (of the same price that was already taken from my bank account). When I started asking questions about the additional fees, he became angry, rude, and quite frankly, just down right disrespectful. Then he said we had to pay $100 incidental fee. I explained to him that I asked several times if there were going to be any additional fees or deposits and was told no. I don't like to show up and have unexpected fees. I asked if he would accept cash for the incidental fee and he said yes. At this point I was trying to get a recap of all these fees that have accumulated. I stead of answering my questions, he became agitated and more disrespectful. My husband told him to to watch his tone when speaking to us. Gary didn't like that and told us to leave the hotel property. As we were leaving he was still insulting us."
