"Well. A very new motel style hotel. Nice staff. Really good breakfast. Great room, great bathroom. But, it is in the middle of no-where. In the middle of a rice paddy to be precise. Which I could admire from my balcony. Plus was it was very quiet. I was riding round Taiwan. I guess the location would not be a problem if I had a car. The location made it a little hard to find too. There is a convenience store about 200m away."

I think it would have been more appropriate to take my information, since the reservation was under my name & paid by me. "Upon drop-off by taxi, staff members from concierge obtain our luggage and delivered to lobby. Another staff member escorted us to receptionist/lobby area. Wonderful coordination. We were served fresh tea and a warm towel to refresh in the sweltering heat. There were also staff members in front of elevators to get them ready for us. Already we know the stay was worth it! The rooms are clean, we had a balcony and in-room hot mineral spring bath. So refreshing! On the bottom floor had a children's area, family entertainment room, water pool play area, and a separate men/ women hot springs. We enjoyed delicious breakfast every morning and the servers/cooks/ table attendees were wonderful and helpful such as getting baby high chair. Fun things to do evening time when Shuishe/Ita Thao closed was free entertainment different shows each night. Very pleasant! We took advantage of free shuttle and bus ticket ride to explore Sun Moon Lake. We will be back! Thank you for making my birthday memorable!"

"CheckInn in Taichung was conveniently located for my need to be close to CMU Hospital. Staff was very helpful and I could easily communicate with them. The room was clean. To improve the property, I would though have the carpet changed in the room or be deeper cleaned. Also the main lobby and downstairs breakfast restaurant could also use some renovation. But for the price, it was very good. Thank you for all your help during my stay there."
