The place was very clean and in good condition. Beds were very comfortable. It was annoying to pay for parking each day at a courtyard though. That's what you expect with a fancier hotel in a big city. And the food/coffee area was severely understaffed. There was a 10-15 minute wait just to place an order.

The checkin was done by assistant manager Elderik. He had a very bad attitude. There was no welcome, no greeting. Very poor customer service. That man needs to take a lesson in customer service and how to be welcoming to guests.

Really appreciated night desk staff getting the pool quieted - especially the loud "plops" of a cornhole game - at 11 pm when I called desk to ask if there was a quiet time for the pool. She said it was past pool time and she would go tell them "it's bedtime." Only kock is there's no restaurants within walking distance.
