Super Haus, super Urlaub

Perfektes Haus für Gruppen (wir waren zu neunt), oder für Familien. Uns gefiel besonders, dass jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Bad hat. Auch der Außenbereich (Terrasse, Pool usw.) waren super. Die Lage (Nähe zum Strand, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Eis usw.) ist eigentlich nicht zu toppen. 100 % Weiterempfehlung von uns :)

Super schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist super mit wunderbarer Aussicht direkt auf das Meer und ganz in der Nähe zu kleinen Städtchen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Haus und Grundstück sind absolut phantastisch gelegen, sehr großzügig mit viel Platz drinnen und draußen...:-))) Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alles ist genau so wie auf den Fotos. Die Villa ist gemütlich vom Besitzer eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toplage direkt am Strand

dadurch das man direkt am Strand ist, jederzeit innerhalb kürzester Zeit im Mittelmeer baden/schwimmen/schnorcheln kann und anschl. wieder zum Haus zurückkehrt und hier die Annehmlichkeiten des Hauses genießen kann war es ein sehr entspannter und kostengünstiger Urlaub. Nebenkosten wie Gebühr für Sonnenschirm/Liegen/Parkplatz entfallen, es fallen auch keine weiteren Kosten für Verpflegung an, man hat alles im Haus direkt verfügbar. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant ist ca. 100 m entfernt, jede Menge weitere in ca. 1 km in Punat

Perfect for families with children of all ages

We were a group of 9 including 4 children ages 4, 6, 7 and 10. The villa was perfect with plenty of space for all of us inside and out. The pool was gorgeous and deep enough for everyone to enjoy. The Beach that is just in front of the villa was nice and easy to walk to. We hired a small motor boat to explore the bay. We all really enjoyed our holiday.

Perfect fit - great holidays

First of all I must say this house was a perfect fit for us and thus for any group of friends with children and babies as it is configured in a way to welcome at least 2 or 3 families with children in a perfect way : Everyone can have its own space and privacy whilst having nice common areas. The location at a walking distance to the beach The swimming-pool is great and fun. We spent 1 week this beautiful home and we were thoroughly happy with our stay. Perfect place to relax, perfect fit for us :) M.

Wohlfühlen ist hier kein Problem

Sowohl die Beschreibung als auch die Bilder von dieser Villa treffen zu 100 % zu. Leider waren wir nur 1 Woche zu Gast hier; man könnte locker auch 2 oder 3 Wochen in sehr schöner Atmosphäre verbringen. Sehr empfehlenswerte perfekt ausgestattete Ferien-Villa in wunderschöner Lage in Punat, sehr geschmackvolle zeitgemässe Möblierung und Raumgestaltung, Luxusbadezimmer, perfekter Pool und insbesondere die Lage, haben wir während unseres Aufenthaltes immer wieder genossen. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Sehr netter hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Jederzeit wieder. VIEL SPASS allen Glücklichen, die die Villa für Ihre Ferien nutzen dürfen.

Punat was a really nice place to stay !

Really nice house at a great location, 50 meters to a nice beach walkway with plenty of good restaurants. Great hospitality from the owners of the house, we will for sure come back !

Tolle Villa, super Einrichtung, Insel Krk-ein Trau

Wir waren 7 Tage in dieser tollen VIlla auf der Insel Krk - eine Gruppe von 10 Leuten und wir hatten wirklich viel Platz in diesem Haus. Insgesamt absolut 5 Sterne! Diese Villa ist dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal auf dem Markt, deshalb konnten wir auch ein Last Minute Schnäppchen machen, unvergleichbar günstiger als andere vergleichbare Häuser. Wir können dieses Haus sowie die Insel Krk absolut empfehlen.
