This is very old property and is not well maintained. Carpets in rooms were very dirty and shower wall had mold. The hotel is well situated, close to all restaurants and main areas.

On noisy road. They rev engines until 330am. Windows in my room didnt seal properly. Noise and draft. Pool was chilly. Shower curtain attacks you. Taxi here was 13k. Back 15k. Pretty good overall.

This was a nice hotel located next to the Straits. The Seaview room was nice. The pool was really warm! Food was decent. Staff was super nice - called a taxi for me when I was ready to leave for the airport.

It is a convenient hotel with spacious rooms. Rather dated. Don't expect any great food. Breakfast very basic, staff especially in restaurant need training in service quality and helpfulness. It is clean

This hotel was so kickass. Everyone's nice. The rooms are great. The location is great. I don't know if there's a nicer hotel in the city. And I don't care I have no reason no interest to go anywhere else And I love that they have netflix there you got a nice woman and Netflix? A nice room you'll make it in life! Great hotel moderately priced for a layover located along the waterfront. Better properties exist as the hotel needs to be updated. But considering most stay in Punta Arenas for a night or two, you can’t go wrong.

南極大陸旅行のためのベースホテルとして利用しました。シーサイドのキングベッドで、南極に行く前と帰ったあと快適に滞在できました😊バスタブもあり、更に快適です。朝食も明るいレストランで美味しくいただけます。別のホテルと比べ、居心地は格段に良いです。ただ、海岸にあるので、市内中心から外れます。が、中心へも１０分かからず、逆に、マゼラン海峡を散歩する人々がホテルの窓から見え、心が温まりました! 間違いなく、ここが一番です!

Honest Review
Huge hotel, very dated. Inside the room was very basic, no kettle for making drinks, however, the bed was comfortable and shower was good. Good wifi. It was clean and warm. Good parking facilities and good breakfast. Stay was comfortable just the building decor, furniture and interior are basic and old but still functional.

Como sempre foi uma estadia muito tranquila. Excelente localização, próximo a restaurantes, centro e zona franca, quartos espaçosos, silêncio a todo momento, cama confortável, banheiro de tamanhos normais, tem estacionamento, o café da manhã não é lá essas coisas, mas supri a necessidade.

Comfortable hotel en Puntas Arenas. Nothing special about that place but the location is great. Nice view on the water and close to downtown. Very good service and breakfast. A solid option.

Staff was unfriendly and was looking to make more money. My check in time was 1pm but I was asked to pay $45 for early check in and was told that hotel check in was 2pm. Expedia booking clearly says it is 1pm check in. Such a rip off!!

I booked a sea view room, and got a nice 2nd floor room with a view of the parking lot out back. Staff at the desk weren't friendly. Otherwise, property was clean and the breakfast was nice I guess. The parking lot was cool.
