Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast. Located right on the Plaza de Armas, which can be a bit noisy. Otherwise great stay after a long trip from the US.

The hotel staff are extremely warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is full spread and delicious. They provide luggage storage. On request, they arranged our taxi to airport and prepared a to go breakfast when we had an early departure. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel!!

O hotel, fica no coração do centro da cidade. É de fácil acesso as principais atividades, na cidade. Hotel é confortável, atendimento dos funcionários sao super educados, tira todas as duvidas dos hóspedes com redação aos passeios. Ficamos em suite com face para a lateral da rua com visao para a praça principal. Limpeza, conforto, tudo perfeito.

I booked two nights at the property but i made it only on my second day and was welcomed by a really nice helpful staff named Sebastian. I didn’t stay longer than one hour and had moved to hotel primarily because I easily get scared by old style hotels. But it’s a clean.

Excellent service, breakfast and rooms. Very recommended. Great location in the plaza and “old hotel” with a lot of charm and history. Clean, comfortable. Buen hotel, las instalaciones son antiguas pero bien mantenidas. Importante destacar que no tiene ascensor y antes de llegar a hacer el check-in hay que subir un par de escaleras. Es importante para personas con movilidad limitada. En general muy buena atención.

Pésimo, hotel antiguo, de difícil acceso (hall recepción en segundo piso son escaleras) se su e equipaje a mano por dos pisos antiguos equivalentes a 4 (construcción antigua) Olor a detergente y vienes desde la entrada. Camas muy malas, arreglos hechizos en habitaciones de mala calidad

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Stadt. Mann kann von hier aus alles gut zu fuss erreichen. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und würde eine Renovierung vertragen. Der Charme des Hauses gemäss Fotos ist von aussen sicherlich korrekt, jedoch sind die Zimmer und das gesamte Interieur schon lange, lange Zeit vorhanden und in Gebrauch. Das Parkieren ist rund um das Gebäude an der Strasse möglich. Ein Aufzug ist leider auch nicht vorhanden, weshalb die Koffer vom Haupteingang drei Treppen nach oben geschleppt werden mussten.

Me cobraron tres dias en vez de los dos que estuve. Mi vuelo no aterrizo en PUQ, por condiciones climaticas fue derivado a Puerto Montt y avise. No cuentan con otro servicio de comida que nos sea el desayuno. Exceso de calefaccion, no se puede regular. Persona apatico y poco empatico. Muchas escaleras. Los ruidos de las campanadas de la catedral no.permiten descansar bien. Muy caro para la calidad ofrecida.

Easy checkin. Just a heads up that the night person spoke zero english. Google translator is your friend. Clean, comfortable beds. Good shower. Good breakfast.

So much potential, but gross
I wanted to love this place. The rooms are nicely sized and laid out. It's old and could have a lot of charm. However, the paint in our room was peeling in large areas, which I can normally overlook. But in addition, the room wasn't clean. The tub and toilet were spotless but the shower and bathroom walls and the bathroom mirror were all dirty. The dust on the bathroom door was clearly visible and had been growing for months. The room door could be seen through. . With just a little love, this place could be great, but it seems like no one cares.
