Hotel is in a great location, however the hotel is very tired and needs work. Staff could not be more amazing. Extremely helpful in all aspects. Breakfast is basic.

The hotel is centrally located in the historic punta arenas. Most tour companies will do the pick up and drop off at this location. The staff were excellent and it’s close to restaurants and supermarket. Everything is walking distance.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the bed sheets were dirty and no way I would take a shower in the bath. Noisy all night long drag racing in the street and yelling.

This was a reasonably priced hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. The facilities are dated and need refreshing - for example, my shower leaked and the curtains in my room didn't draw all the way across the window, letting in a lot of street light and noise. The breakfast is really basic with no choices, just cheap bread, ham and cheese with coffee and atrifical juice. However the room was clean and the location is convenient for the bus station and central Punta. For the price, it was ok, and the really nice staff made it much better than it would otherwise have been.
