"Our stay at Pavones Point was perfect! The location is right at the top point of Pavones surf break. Walk right across the road and paddle out…or walk a little down to the right for a bit less intense wave. The condo was clean and spacious…had everything we needed. Clean towels, comfortable beds, coffee maker, toaster, blender. No salt or pepper and no trays if you plan on making bacon or roasting anything. And no full length mirrors but the location makes up for that!"

"Almost at the very end of the Matapalo Road, The house is built with a lovely garden area in front and flowers, transitioning to jungle in back. there is a lovely patio with a cool refreshing pool in front, along with some lounge chairs tucked under an awning. Our hosts Joel and Maria were kind, accommodating and helped us learn more about the area and life in Costa Rica. It was truly a lovely place to disconnect from the rest of the world, and be a part of life in the jungle."

"Casa Verde was amazing! We had a great time exploring the Osa Peninsula and Gulfo Dulce. We spent 4 nights there and wish we were still there. From the house you can walk along the shoreline, explore tide pools, hike to waterfalls and through jungle teaming with wildlife. Every day we were entertained by monkeys and macaws and every night we were lulled to sleep by the sounds of the surf. Carlos is an excellent host, friendly, helpful, and always available. "

"Generally positive experience. The house was not as isolated as we anticipated. In fact there was a fair amount of traffic on the rough road behind. Lots of bird life - especially macaws. Gluten free delicious food, fresh from local farmers,water filtered and UV sterilized, we fished and cook prepared fish for us,owners have exceptional customer service, staff courteous and very prompt and note, secluded beach, long walks, felt like our private beach. All in all a 5 star experience . However : access not very easy and completely remote ( 5 miles from Puerto Jimenez), for us it was ideal since we wish to avoid crowds and mainstay touristic avenues. "Surfhouse pavones is located steps from the beach allowing several surf sessions a day. There is a cafe restaurant next door with unreal smoothies. A little market right up the street has it all. The rooms at the surfhouse were clean and the kitchen has everything including a view of pavones. A lot of woodwork and art at the surfhouse and plenty of room for surfboards. The owner is laid back, accommodating and knowledgeable to make the experience unforgettable."

"Nice large property on a beautiful piece of land. Very easy check in and the easiest check out process out there. The house was clean and aired out, no musty smells!
