Exceptional house in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of Punta del Este. This unique accommodation has plenty of space for you to enjoy with your loved ones, in a large garden with a pool and lots of greenery.

7 bedrooms (1 en suite), 4 bathrooms + 1 bathroom. Covered grill. Large pool. Large enclosed garage for 2 cars. Double interior living + 2 exterior living rooms. Wood stove.
Air conditioning in all rooms. Alarm. Laundry. Good furnishings.

It is not rented for parties!
The space
Large spaces for common use with very good quality furniture. The house has very good lighting and integration with its outdoor spaces. Ideal to enjoy with friends or family and spend a good time there.

🌐 In all our accommodations we promote a responsible use of energy and water. This not only responds to an environmental need, but also to the high operating costs associated with the excessive use of these services. For this reason, we ask for the collaboration of guests to take care of the resources that we all share.

Electricity is included in the stay with a daily consumption limit, calculated according to the number of bedrooms in the property:

- 7 bedrooms: 45 kWh ~ USD 9 / day

Overage: In case of exceeding the included consumption, an additional USD 60 will be charged for each 100 kWh in excess, which may be fractioned proportionally according to actual consumption (e.g. 50 additional kWh = USD 30). The payment will be handled by request through Airbnb.

💡Tips to reduce consumption:
• Turn off lights, air conditioners and appliances when leaving or when they are not in use.
• Set the air conditioning between 22 °C and 24 °C.
• Keep doors and windows closed when using air conditioning.
• Do not leave chargers or devices connected if they are not in use.

consumption is also included with a daily limit based on the number of bedrooms in the accommodation:

- 2 bedrooms: 1.0 m³ (1,000 litres)
- 3 bedrooms: 1.5 m³
- 4 bedrooms: 2.0 m³

Overage: If the included consumption is exceeded, an additional charge of USD 25 will be applied for each m³ in excess, also fractional (e.g. an additional 0.5 m³ = USD 12.50). The payment is made through Airbnb.

• Short and efficient showers.
• Do not let water run when washing dishes or brushing your teeth.
• Use washing machines only with a full load.
• Do not fill sinks, wash vehicles or play with hoses without prior authorization.
• Warn of any visible leak or loss.

🛁 ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: ABOUT HOT WATER: In

Uruguay, most homes – including this accommodation – use electric water heaters to heat water. Unlike other countries such as Brazil (where electric showers are used) or Argentina (with gas boilers), hot water here is not unlimited.

The water heater works like a water heater: it stores a certain amount of water that it keeps warm by means of a heating element. Depending on the size of the equipment, the hot water available can be enough for:
• 1 long shower,
• 2 short showers in a row,
• or 3 short showers if they are done with a break between one and the other.

Once the hot water is depleted, the water heater needs approximately 30 to 60 minutes to fully reheat it.

✅ Recommendations: If several people shower, the ideal is to leave an interval between baths so that the water heater has time to recover its temperature. In large groups, it's important to come up with some logistics to avoid the need to shower one after the other.
