Escape to this lovely condo in picturesque Punta Gorda. This charming property features 2 bedrooms and a den with 2 queens beds and a sofa bed. Perfect for a group of friends or family.
Perfect condo with 2 screened in patios to enjoy sunsets, sunrises, and nature while overlooking a lake off a preserve. Close proximity to shopping, great dining, boating and the quaint downtown Punta Gorda area. Fall in love with Punta Gorda and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

*Second- Floor Condo- no elevator/steps required for access
- Sleeps up to 4 (6 if ok with sleeping on sleeper sofa)
- 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms / Den with Sleeper Sofa
- Second-floor condo- No elevator
- Fully Equipped Kitchen with dining for up to 5 at the dining table

- Guest will receive the membership transfer form via Docusign email 2-3 weeks before arrival when made in advance. Membership transfer required.
- Membership includes access to the resort clubhouse amenities with additional cost for membership card paid upon arrival to HOA.
- Golf membership transfer is NOT INCLUDED in this property
- Clubhouse membership transfer is $150 cost covered by the owner required for access to the clubhouse and amenities.
- Membership covers two adults in the same household address only. Children under 21 with same address included.
- Guests not in the same household may accompany member when using clubhouse.
- Additional Fees payable to HOA at clubhouse upon arrival for stay- $10 per person for the clubhouse access card. $25 for permanent barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access.
*As well as a $25 fee to the condo association for an application.

*Starter supplies included:
- 3 rolls toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 roll paper towel
- 4 dishwasher detergent pods
- 2 trash bags size-13-gallon under kitchen sink
- 4 laundry detergent pods
- stack of dryer clothes
- 2 additional bathroom trash bags underneath bag currently on the bin

- 2 Bicycles in Garage
- Pickleball & Tennis Rackets
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

**We require a separate lease agreement. You will receive the lease agreement within a week of booking to review. All tenants will have to sign the lease agreement.

Security Cameras: For guest safety and property security, there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance. This camera is operational and may record video and audio. There are no cameras inside the home.
