This home is truly stunning with a great location only 1 mile from Fisherman’s Village and 2 miles from downtown PG in desirable Punta Gorda Isles. This 3-bedroom/3 bath home provides everything you need to have a truly relaxing and perfect vacation. New furniture throughout, in-suite bathrooms, heated pool & lanai w/gorgeous 270 degree views of the canals. Weber grill, new appliances, fully equipped kitchen & 2 desks. Bikes/beach gear. Bella Vista will truly feel like your home away from home!

Wonderful Trip, unfortunate ending.
Beautiful property, nice location. We enjoyed the pool, fishing on the canal, cooking in the well stocked kitchen, the bedrooms we very nice - loved the mattress and pillows! This was a great trip for our family, she even gave us an hour extension on check out since our flight was later in the afternoon. Unfortunately after we left we received a message saying we had left the house a mess and she was considering keeping part of our deposit. We picked up everthing, stripped the beds, started two loads of laundry gathered all the towels, and took out all the trash, we tried to leave the house as we found it. As we left we did decide to use up the last of our food instead of throwing it away so we made sandwiches on paper towels since we already started the dishwasher. We did not wipe down the counter again since we knew the cleaners were right behind and apparently this was not acceptable. I did expain this in response and received a "No worries" response. This really dampened our experience and has become our strongest memory of the vacation.

The house is wet up well and comfortable. The pool makes it easy for kids. Would not hesitate to stay again. Vicki was easy to work with and very responsive.

Wonderful getaway!!
This home was perfect! It had everything we needed and much more! It was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed long walks through the gorgeous neighborhood and spent hours relaxing by the pool. Vicki was wonderful to work with and answered all questions quickly. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying in your beautiful home again!

A must stay in Punta Gorda
Vicki, the property owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house set up was perfect. It has large common areas and the bedrooms are very private. It felt like the house went on forever! The house is minutes away from a downtown area full of restaurants as well as fisherman’s village. If you’re looking to stay in Punta Gorda… stay here!!

Beautiful Canal Home!
This home had everything we needed and more! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The home is very bright and comfortable. The kitchen was great and fully stocked with everything we needed for the meals that we cooked in. We loved spending time out by the pool and watching all the boats go by and we even saw dolphins! This home is on a nice quiet street and in close proximity to Fisherman's Village, shopping and restaurants. This was our first experience with VRBO and we really enjoyed it! Vicki was wonderful to work with and was very quick to respond and answer all our questions. Thank you so much for a wonderful first-time experience! We would definitely choose your home again!

We reallyenjoyed the house and the easy access to Punta Gorda. Our only problems were with the house not being cleaned before check in due mixed up communications and the algae buildup in the pool.

We were so extremely pleased with this property!! The pictures were accurate, the host and her spouse were responsive to our questions prior to our arrival.
