The kids’ area was great. My children enjoyed it, and the staff working it were good. The food was not great. Compared to other hotels, there was no poolside server offering food or drinks.
If you do not speak Spanish, communication will be difficult. The staff is very friendly. The barrier is language, not attitude.
The pressure to sit through the membership presentation is exhausting. If guests already pay to stay at your property, do not push them into a timeshare pitch.
