“Amazing little bach, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place is exactly as in the photos, clean, full of personality and has all amenities we could’ve hoped for such as a toaster and oven (although we didn’t get to use the latter). Fantastic outdoor area and the beach is only 1-2 minutes away. Town centre is a 20-25 minute walk. Thank you for the lovely stay!!”

“Although the motel dates probably from the mid 1980’s, it is clean, and comfortable, with a kitchen comprising of an electric stove top, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. All were in excellent condition, and the property is well maintained. Whilst we did not use the pool, it looked clean and inviting. There are only 12 units, in a quiet street only 5 mins walk from a New World and Woolworths, with some excellent cafes close by, and a short walk to the Harbourside area and town. Highly……

“This was the perfect base for us. The place was a great size for the four of us, everything we needed. Great location for being close to Whangārei town but also easy access to the heads for exploring, walks and swims. Place was clean and fresh. Nice space to spend sone time. We plan to be back sometime. ”

“We had a delightful week in this 1860s cottage. It has been fitted out very comfortably and is surrounded by beautiful gardens including a variety of fruit trees. Fiona is a wonderful host, who responds promptly. It’s a 20 minute drive from the touristy offerings of Piahia and the busier Kerikeri so if you’re wanting shops and restaurants on your doorstep this may not be for you. If you enjoy the peace and quiet of the lush green countryside the you’ll love this cottage”
