"The front desk clerks do not speak English and get frustrated when you try and use a translator app. The room is extremely far from and tourist attraction; about two hours on bus and one hour on train. The breakfast they offer is a slice of toast or a choice of two small Dixie cups of dry cereal. The entrance is through a parking garage door on both sides of the hotel. The bus is about six minute walk while the train is about 20 minute walk but worth it if you want to get to Busan or attractions faster. Now for the room: the size was amazing for the price for three people. The beds had a heating pad which were amazing at night and were very comfortable if you like medium soft beds. The massage chair was especially nice after a long day of walking. My children liked that there was computers so they could watch YouTube, but one didn’t work which they had to share. There are no universal outlets as a heads up but they have a charging station with a few different ports. The room offered coffee, a two person table and other toiletries. Now for the towels! They ONLY give you hand size towels. I went down to the 2nd for to ask for more thinking they just loaded the wrong ones and to my surprise they gave me the extra same towels I already had. Even my 12yr old was shocked asking how he’s supposed to dry himself off with that size towel. If you don’t mind being far away from everything this isn’t a bad stay. "
