It was ok, nothing special, no one to greet you for check in or say good bye for check out, everything done over the phone. no one to ask questions for help, had no where to park golf cart. 1 light burned out, 2 people in room only one chair to sit on.It was just ok.

disappointing that we arrived at 5:10 pm and the office was closed....we had to stand out side in the pouring rain to call to get into our room and them to find there was no power. Other places near by had power so not sure what was going on. Mattress's are terrible. You will roll right off the side of the bed.

sorry the island is fed by 3 power lines under the lake from the mainland so if one them goes that area of the island is effected. We closed the office since it did not have power to check people in and our other location which is on the door did to help guests.

This is a review about bot making it. My flights were delayed and I didnt get there to use my booking. The hotel checked in with me daily. They held my reservation for the trip because I asked them to just in case i got there quicker They kept me informed on how to get checked in and they were beyond friendly. The way the handled it put me at ease when they could have added to the stress. I appreciate all the effort they put into a non visit. Thank You Mark Skorvanik

Not bad for short stay
Great location. able to walk to all the hot spots.. rooms were clean. Beds not that comfortable, doable for 2 nights. Cable was awful, only had one channel and in came in and out. Internet signal poor, couldn’t use for iPad/phone.

Door to the room didn’t close all the way which made it very noisy trying to sleep, it sounds like people in room next to us were in the same room, beds were very uncomfortable

Wanted to watch baseball in the evening but tv was not working. They said it would be repaired the day we left. Also, pool was at another hotel and there was no coffee machine in room. You had to wait until attendant opened up at 9am to get coffee downstairs in office.

Unfortunately the TV company is on the mainland which is why we can't get things repaired without an appointment scheduled. As far as the coffee pots, the tile floors make it difficult to keep with replacement.

Expedia failed miserably, we arrived at the hotel and they had absolutely no record of my reservation even after I showed them emails and text messages from Expedia along with confirmation number, very, very annoying. For future, I think I will just book directly with the hotels

Not a bad little place to stay. We weren’t there a lot. We were out and about in town. So it was perfect for what we used it for. Very close to downtown but quiet enough to sleep. We’ll be back.

Good location however the pictures on the website made it look as if they had a pool but the pool was a few blocks away. The room was very small which was just okay. The room was not the cleanest..there was a used Q-tip under one of the beds. The beds were awful. I booked here because of the pictures but was disappointed. I could have stayed at a less expensive hotel and had the same experience.

The pictures of the pool were posted by other customers, we do have it explained on our website that the pool is located at the Commodore. I will check the beds and speak with the housekeeper about your other comments.

The hotel was convenient to restaurants and the harbor, but to be honest that was all I can recommend. The bed was so uncomfortable we were unable to sleep.

Very dirty. Blood on counter, lamp. Dead bedbugs under bed. Mayflies in room. Dust on counters. Bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have stayed in. Actually hurt my wife's back. Very tiny and with the furniture and our bags, very little room to move around. No one was available onsite to help us check in. I had to call a number to check into the property as the person who was on site left for the day (5:30 PM) Only good things were it was quiet and convenient.

I am sorry you had a bad experience, most of our guests are very pleased with our rooms. We have reviewed the problem areas with our staff so this does not happen again.

Not a good time
Not good lighting, only lamps. No where to put things like your drink or snacks unless you use the 1 nightstand. Extremely noisy. Understandable that people will be partying but not until 5:30 in the morning both nights that we were there. No coffee maker or anywhere close to get a cup of coffee

We do have security that makes rounds between a few different business, sorry this missed the time when the people were loud. I will make a note of this. The coffee does arrive at 8:30 daily by the office. With the floors being tiled the urns kept getting broken.

We had a great stay at Victory Station. The hotel is clean, nice, and super convenient to downtown. Our only hangup were some noisy neighbors on the last night that kept us up til 5AM. Totally understand that's just the odds you play at hotels in party towns. Still, since there's no overnight staff on site, we were a little bit powerless in that situation. Overall, we'd stay again and recommend.

Great stay!
We had a great stay at Victory Station. At PIB, it’s all about the location and the location of victory station is absolutely perfect. The beds weren’t super comfy, but I rarely expect that at hotels. We will definitely come back!

Terribly Disappointed
We were looking forward to staying here because of the great reviews and location. However, the floor was dirty I went thru 2 pairs of ankle socks that got black from walking on the floor. The bed was awful, no where near comfortable at all. The Staff stated the floors had been mopped, I showed them my socks so they mopped the floor again. My husband thinks the walls are paper thin as we heard whomever upstairs thru the whole night. We will definitely not stay there again.

Thought the room was very adequate. Like the wood lime tile floor. The furnature was ok. Parking for the golf cart was a bit of an issue. NO COFFEE POT in the room.

Too expensive and very small
Put-in-Bay is always a good time, this was my first time staying at Victory Station, it will also be my last. The office is not open on site very often, our room was small that for the price we paid it was way less than expected. The web site advertised off site access to a heated pool, regular pool, cabanas, and also showed pictures of patio sets by the rooms, not true. We had of site access to one freezing pool and we would have had to pay extra for use of the cabanas on top of the already paid $241.00 resort fee. Very close to downtown though. But also the room itself was very small, very few channels on TV, no working space which i needed because we're stayed a week. If you are only staying one or two nights this might be worth it but it is very expensive compared to similar accommodations on the island. I would not recommend

Unfriendly staff and check-in process. Paper thin walls and shabby bed, linens and pillows. The TV was spotty and a blue screen constantly on and the wifi would go in and out Constantly. Not at all worth the price, there are several other properties well more worth the stay.
