"The cabin is wonderful. It is cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed in and prepared meals daily. The location on the river couldn’t be better! We enjoyed fishing all day, watching wildlife along the river, and had a bald eagle trout fishing with us. Amazing place!"

"Everything was as advanced, but the owner has thought well ahead to make sure that their guests have anything they may have forgotten to bring with them. Pretty much had everything you needed on hand. That’s what we appreciated most. We couldn’t have asked for a better rental."

"Pleasantly surprised. I love this isn’t a franchise hotel. I stayed for 2 days. They have food optiions and a bar in the evening. I didn’t use the pool but saw it was near the elevator. I like the location because some hotels you have to awkwardly walk around near the front desk in your swimwear. Breakfast staff was friendly & attentive. Front desk staff upon arrival came across annoyed, less welcoming than other staff. All parking is front of hotel. There’s a convenience store in walking dance, hotel is close to interstate. There’s a car dealership behind hotel. If I ever have to stay in Newport, I’d definitely stay here again."

"A peaceful tranquil setting a step away from Lil Red River, quick drive to Cow Shoals. The cabin had all the comforts of home, clean, neat, nice furnishings. Very pleased and would return. Check Greer Dam schedule and watch as river rises over the shoals and then back down by morning. Fish were jumping out of the water the evening before we left when water not rising from the dam surge. Property manager answered questions quickly. Heber Springs Walmart 15 min away."

"My family enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It’s located in a very quiet area of the river with wading access. We brought our kayaks and floated to Swinging Bridge. We’ve stayed in several areas of the river and this place may be our favorite now. Being able to bring our dog was a plus; she loved the water. "
