“We had a perfect weekend in this gorgeous cottage. Sam had the hot tub ready for when we arrived and a selection of goodies! The cottage was spotless and we loved the decor. The outdoor area had comfortable furniture, lovely plants and was not overlooked making it a great place to lounge after using the hot tub. Sam has obviously gone to great lengths to ensure that her visitors feel at home and have everything they need for a relaxing break. We will definitely return!”

“Property location was good however out of season so a bit quiet in the centre of Pwllheli (Feb half term) so not alot to do in the surrounding area for young children. Property views were absolutely outstanding pretty breathtaking really. Property could be a little cleaner lots of cobwebs in the corners of the rooms but the beds were comfy and the linen fresh and clean. Attention needed to bathroom because the tub was not clean at all which is why I'm giving a 4 star overall. Overall for the……

“It’s a well equipped apartment in a good area. The floor was not clean, and the property is in need of some maintenance. The mattresses are very springy and uncomfortable. The upstairs toilet doesn’t flush very well and leaves a bad drainage smell after use. The road noise spoils the view from the balcony and the close proximity to the train station, which serves stabling trains, early morning and late evening with engines running should be mentioned.”
