Pyin Oo Lwin Spa Hotel

"I chose this hotel basically for three reasons: 1) price, 2) location, and 3) quality of room. "The building is old. The shower was broken and the toilet seat is loose. The building is in desparate need of attention, but i guess with little to no tourists visitng the country, it makes it dificult to invest in repairs and updates. The staff are great.
