The Space:
This beachfront studio combines comfort and thoughtful details to offer you a special stay. The open-plan space includes a cozy sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, some essentials for preparing meals (like a stovetop, cookware, a fridge), and a modern bathroom with everything you need.

The studio is air-conditioned to keep you comfortable, and it comes with all the essential amenities to make your vacation easy and enjoyable. The place is secluded, but with a strong feeling of safety.

Astra Beach Studio 3 is part of a complex of 5 rooms in total. The total area is large, the view from the garden is magnificent as it is right above the sea.
Guests can walk to the sea in just 5 minutes.

The Neighborhood:
Koroni is a picturesque coastal town located in the southwestern Peloponnese, known for its charming harbor, traditional architecture, and historic Venetian castle overlooking the sea. The town’s narrow cobblestone streets and local tavernas create a warm and authentic Greek atmosphere, perfect for visitors seeking both relaxation and cultural experiences.

The local beaches of Zaga and Memi stretch for a combined length of about 4 kilometers, offering plenty of space for sunbathing and swimming. Nearby, several other stunning beaches such as Chomati, Kantouni, Livadia, and Lachanou provide even more beautiful spots to enjoy the sea and sun. Within the town, you will find supermarkets, bakeries, and various shops for all your daily needs. Numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, and traditional taverns are located just steps from the sea, creating a lively and welcoming environment.

Koroni also hosts a vibrant summer cultural scene, including literature evenings, theatrical performances, boat trips, and sport and musical events, all designed to captivate visitors and keep their interest alive throughout the season.

For day trips, the nearby fishing village of Finikounda (20 km), the historic towns of Methoni (30 km) and Pylos (38 km) with their impressive castles, and Gialova’s wildlife reserve along with the famous Voidokilia beach (52 km) are highly recommended. You can easily walk to the center of Koroni, as the house is located in a very central spot. To explore the wider area and its many attractions, having a car is the best option. This way, you’ll be able to visit the beautiful beaches and enjoy everything the region has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
The house is situated on a quiet country road outside of Koroni, making it ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility. While there are no shops nearby, the town center of Koroni is just a short drive away, and you can reach it in as little as 8 minutes by car for all your needs.
The Beach Studios offer smart TVs with Netflix & YouTube access (via your own accounts) for endless entertainment. Local TV channels are not available.

Please note that linen changes are not included during the stay by default, but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee of €15 per person. Fresh towels are available free of charge, also upon request.
