"We were there for 2 nights. Friday night got in the shower and there was hair in the tub and only 1 towel. We also didn’t have any clean towels for Saturday had to go to the front office The breakfast was pretty sad too. Really wasn’t that impressed especially for the price."

"Our stay was nice. The front desk person was kind, patient and knowledgeable despite being interrupted by several young people staying at the hotel (in town for a tournament). We have always had good experiences at this hotel. We have stayed here at least 10 times."

"I stayed form Thursday to Sunday checked out at 11:30 and realized about 5:30pm that I have left my pearl necklace hanging on a clothes pin attached to the lamp shad next to the bed. went back to get my real pearls that are a family heirloom was taken into room 317 where I stayed and Shay asked the two cleaning ladies if they had see the hook with something hanging from it giving no other information to them they then pulled the clothes pin from the trash and handed it to her. saying no necklace is was found. I am having a hard time believing that they do not know where the necklace may be when they knew that was what we were talking about when Shay said hook and something hanging from it. I have put a police report in and tried to call the double tree GM about 4 time yesterday to talk about this and see where he is at with fining my necklace that is worth more that $1,000 plus the emotional attachment to it. and I have not got a single answer or call back."

"After leaving another hotel due to horrible conditions late at night we came here for a great short stay. The lady at the front desk was amazing got us checked in fast and was very pleasant."

"The only issue we had was there was long black hairs all over the shower and bathroom floor. Otherwise everything was great and the staff was very nice and helpful."
