Villa Marusca has 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 people. Guests have use of the well-tended, enclosed garden and a private, above-ground saltwater pool. Outside there is also a veranda with large windows furnished with a barbecue, table and chairs, which is the perfect place to relax and enjoy meals.
The villa’s strategic location is within easy reach of Tuscany’s most important art cities (Florence, Montecatini, Pistoia, Collodi and Pinocchio Park, Pisa, Lucca and Versilia.
The owner’s sister lives in an annex on the property, but she does not have access to the garden or the pool.
A section of the villa includes a small apartment with its own private, independent entrance at the back of the house. While this space is occasionally occupied, the swimming pool, sun deck, and garden are never shared and remain for the sole use of Villa Marusca guests.
