Soggiorno indimenticabile

Abbiamo scoperto la villa grazie alla partecipazione ad un evento nei dintorni, prenotata da Roma online direttamente sul sito basandomi solo sulle immagini. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi, tutto della villa corrisponde a quanto descritto, dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata indipendente in ogni camera, giardino con prato all’inglese ben tenuto, angolo vasca idromassaggio. Patio coperto con comodi divanetti su cui conversare la sera al fresco. Nel retro della casa un praticissimo barbeque attrezzato con ampio tavolo e accesso alla comoda cucina interna. Pratico angolo doccia esterna. All’interno a piano terra soggiorno, con TV, wifi, ampia cucina tinello, attrezzata per ogni esigenza macchina caffè, microonde ecc. Sempre a piano terra una camera tre letti con bagno. Salendo al piano superiore si trovano due camere matrimoniali ognuna con terrazzo, più una ulteriore camera tre letti e il secondo ampio bagno. Da sottolineare la cortesia e disponibilità dell’host Enrico, che in ogni occasione di contatto telefonico ha saputo dare risposta alle domande. Purtroppo la nostra permanenza è durata solo tre giorni poco, per permetterci di apprezzare a fondo le spiagge una delle quali è a qualche centinaio di metri a piedi, e le altre bellezze dei luoghi. È presente vicino un piccolo ma attrezzato centro commerciale, e un ristorante. Concludo consigliando vivamente la struttura a chi volesse soggiornare a Quartu e/o nelle vicinanze. Moreno

Casa grande ed attrezzata, consigliata sicuramente sia per gruppi di amici che per famiglie. Il padrone di casa Enrico è stato molto cortese ed ha risposto prontamente ad ogni nostra esigenza.

Schönes Haus mit Garten

Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr schön, allerdings ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Gerade die Badezimmer könnten etwas Überarbeitung gebrauchen . Der Garten ist toll, groß und für unsere Kinder war viel Platz zum Spielen da. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Problemen hat er sich schnell um eine Lösung bemüht. Die Umgebung ist insgesamt sehr ruhig, es gibt aber einen Laden und Café/ Pizzeria.

La climatisation n'est que dans une chambre et salle de séjour. Le ventilateur fonctionne mal et fait du bruit et vous devez dormir dans une chambre à plus de 30 degrés. Pour que cela soit parfait il faudrai la cli dans toutes les piéces

Schöne, geräumige Villa

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Ferienhaus. Die Lage war für uns perfekt: schön ruhig und ein kleiner angenehmer Sandstrand zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt und Restaurant ebenso zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war tadellos und sehr freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Haus war generell ein wenig schludrig geputzt. Hier kann mit wenig Aufwand ein noch besserer Eindruck erzielt werden. Küchenutensilien waren schon fast in Mengen vorrätig. Auch hier könnte mal ausrangiert werden. Weniger ist einfach mehr und übersichtlicher ;). Es wäre auch toll, wenn rudimentäre Dinge vorhanden wären (Gewürze, Öl, Toilettenpapier). Alles in allem haben wir ein paar tolle Tage verbracht. Vielen Dank :)

Villa idéalement située à 200 m d'une plage et 20 minutes en voiture de Cagliari

La villa est conforme au descriptif, située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et fleuri de la grande banlieue de Cagliari. Intérieur confortable et extérieurs très agréables. La plage à 200m.

Propriété calme avec un barbecue en dur très bien Je ne pense pas que l'électricité soit aux normes si ce n'est aux normes locales Equipement de cuisine très insuffisant (pas une seule casserole en état avec une poignée), bouilloire HS , verres dépareillés et une tout petite cafetiére pour 8 personnes.

Lovely place

Eine sehr komfortable Urlaubsunterkunft

Die Villa bietet innen wie außen sehr viel Platz. Sie ist zweckmäßig und ansprechend eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Besonders hat uns die Außendusche gefallen, die wir täglich genutzt haben. Weitere Vorzüge der Villa sind der nahegelegene Strand sowie ein ebenso nahegelegener Supermarkt, welche beide bequem fußläufig erreichbar sind. Nicht zuletzt ist die Villa in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter kümmert sich umgehend um eine Reparatur oder einen Austausch, sollte etwas nicht ordnungsgemäß nutzbar sein. Wir haben uns in Quartu Sant'Elena sehr wohl gefühlt und dort ebenso abwechslungsreiche wie erholsame Urlaubstage verbracht. Vielen Dank!

Une maison très sympa

une maison très bien équipée et suffisamment grande (nous étions 7). A quelques dizaines de mètres d'une plage agréable. Idéalement située pour visiter le sud de la Sardaigne. Forte chaleur dans les chambres, une seule étant climatisée.

Settimana molto piacevole in un posto bellissimo!

Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana “familiare”, eravamo sei adulti e quattro bimbi tra i due e i sei anni. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il giardino, la bella veranda per mangiare in relax e la spiaggia a due passi con acqua cristallina! Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per rispondere a qualche domanda sulla casa o per dare qualche consiglio su spiagge o ristoranti da visitare. Posto ideale, soprattutto per famiglie!

Schönes Haus mit ausreichend Platz und Freiraum

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem Haus. Es ist alles genauso wie beschrieben, wir haben oft gekocht oder gegrillt. Das Dorf ist allerdings sehr verlassen, ein Supermarkt und ein Restaurant ist in der Nähe. Zu den anderen Restaurants muss man ungefähr 15 mins laufen. Ein Mietauto ist sehr von Vorteil, da man sonst nicht vom Fleck kommt und es sehr viel schönere Strände in naher Umgebung gibt. Wie gesagt das Haus ist wunderschön, alle Geräte auch funktionstüchtig, alles wunderbar. Nur der Ort etwas verlassen.

Fußweg zum Strand - 5 Min. Fußweg zu einem Gebäudekomplex mit Supermarkt, Cafe und gutem Restaurant/Pizzeria - 10 Min. Fußweg zum Morgan Diving Center - 5 Min. Autofahrt zu genialem Metzger (Marco) mit dem besten T-Bone-Steak aller Zeiten (für den Grillplatz) - 30 Min. Autofahrt zu/vom Flughafen bzw. nach Cagliari, wo es z.B. den größten Fischmarkt ganz Italiens gibt

Great family holiday villa!

Villa was great- very spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. Enrico is really good host and we cannot thank him enough. After arriving late in the evening he booked table for us in the local restaurant and few days later he arranged emergency dentist for my partner on the Easter Sunday. He went out of his way to make our holiday amazing. I would recommend him 100%. Thank you so much and hopefully see you again in the future :)

Villa splendida, ottima posizione tra Cagliari e Villasimius, molto pulita e vicina al mare

Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, villa fornita di tutti i servizi necessari, in ottima posizione e in zona molto tranquilla, di giorno e di notte. Inoltre, vicina a un piccolo market e a un buon ristorante. Tutte le stanze in ordine, cucina e bagni funzionali, frigorifero, freezer condizionatori moderni, piatti, posate, pentole, biancheria e salviette fornite perfette. Ottima villa, meravigliosa esperienza.
