The villa is located in the south coast of Sardinia in a strategic position, just 10 minutes drive from the famous POETTO beach, 20 minutes from the center of CAGLIARI. Nearby there are supermarkets, shopping centers and restaurants where you can taste excellent local food. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchen, garden and private parking, outdoor beds, outdoor shower and pool. Comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, TV, air conditioning, oven, outdoor barbecue. Ideal for families with children or for 2-3 couples of friends, who want to visit South Sardinia, but who also want to relax and enjoy the fascinating area swimming pool or an aperitif at sunset. The living room has a view of the garden. In summer, guests can eat on the private patio (furnished with chairs, table and a large umbrella) and enjoy the relaxing garden and swimming pool. From the garden you enter a cozy living area with living room and kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, pressure cooker and. In the sleeping area always on the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a comfortable bathroom that has a large modern shower. On the upper floor there is a second double bedroom, a single bedroom with 2 single beds and a second bathroom. The strength of the villa is certainly its equipped garden, which in addition to the pool has: a barbecue, benches and several beds where you can relax reading a good book. In the garden as well as the welcoming green lawn, where you can lie down and sunbathe, you can rest after a fantastic swim in the pool. In a few minutes by car you can reach the beach and for nature lovers in just 10 minutes by car you can reach the park of Molentargius and make an excursion in one of the most important naturalistic oases of all Europe famous for the fauna and the Flamingo rosa, visit the coasts of the Cagliaritano coast and go into the protected marine air of Capo Carbonara
