Queen Creek Hotel with Pool

"I found a pair of dirty socks in my bed that were left by the previous guest which tells me that my sheets had not been changed since the last person slept there. When I showed the socks to the person at the front desk she offered to give me some clean sheets that I could change myself. The manager sat stone faced listening to my complaint without speaking oup or even making eye contact. This property is without a dought the worst , most run down place I have ever stayed in my life. Motel 6 not only leaves the lights on for you but also leaves the last guests dirty socks in your bed for you as well."

"The outside looks amazing but the online pictures and what’s within the doors is absolutely NOT worth it …bugs everywhere and stained mattresses bathtubs were stained and old and rusted like crazy floors absolutely dirty and sink and table area just absolutely disgusting nasty nasty nasty place !"

"The staff was great! Some areas needs some attention from ice machine( it was difficult to chisel away ice),plus one was broken the green pool for the whole week was not inviting to jump in. It was extremely hot in Phoenix so it understandable that the warm water was hard to maintain. Hoses were in/ out pool. The room- great tv, counters etc. but the AC was hard to control, it was either too cold or too hot. The walls are thin as I heard the neighbors alarm go off in the morning. Our lock didn’t work in 2nd day but staff handled it and fixed it immediately. The Laundry area was convenient so that help. The best part is the location and price was awesome! Our favorite places to eat nearby was the Asian/sushi place in lot. Salads and Go and Delfalcos Italian on Scottsdale rd plus Dukes bar is great and Trevor’s Liquior store is a unique place. "

"The room was way smaller than it looked it the photos. The floor was so dirty that we could not walk around with socks on or barefoot without our feet getting dirty. I had to mop immediately , I was so disgusted. The bedding wasn’t clean either. The staff was friendly. My room said it would have an iron and ironing board , it didn’t but the staff provided us with one upon request. They also provided us with towels upon request. They do not change the sheets unless you ask. I booked at this motel because the description said it would have breakfast available but there wasn’t any. The pool area was ok. I would not stay here again. "

"We were pleasantly surprised with the property. It was spring break, baseball and soccer tournaments going on and the hotel was packed. With that said, we had the most enjoyable time there. Pool and hot tub were great!!! Would highly recommend!!!"

"I would encourage you to double check your room before you settle in. Our experience was poor in regards to dirty fridge, we were given the wrong room and they would have still charged us for the more expensive room if we had not brought it to their attention. We also had a leaky toilet. For the price we paid, I had higher expectations. I would like to note that once we brought this to the staffs attention, they were incredibly accommodating and sincerely apologetic."
